About this property

The house is situated in a little hamlet called Valdirose and it’s a part of an ancient monastery. It consists in, on the ground floor, a big and very well equipped kitchen and in a big family room with fireplace. On the first and second floor there are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (we have 5 bathroom because one is for 2 bedrooms nearby). The private garden has a big swimming pool and two gazebos where you can have meals or just relax. The little hamlet is situated in the deep countryside but with 5 minutes but car you can rich the nearest village where you can find shops, bars and restaurants.

Jeżeli potrzebujesz wypocząć od zgiełku miejskiego to moim zdaniem nie ma lepszego miejsca. Dom przestronny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Basen duży i czysty. Dużo miejsca w ogrodzie do relaksu i wypoczynku. Miejsce do wspólnych posiłków przy basenie dla 12 osób. Zdecydowanie polecam ten dom

Beautiful country house

Beautiful place in the amazing Umbria location. Away from civilization. We loved it. Kids loved it. Everybody loved it. Thank you Vincenzo for your and your wife's hospitality. We definately recommend that location for families with children.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay in Umbria with a total of 10 friends (and 4 small children). It is a lovely place, perfectly suitable for such large groups. We enjoyed the lovely garden, barbecue and swimming pool a lot. Thank you!

Ein Traum mit Weitblick

Wir haben eine Woche in der val di Rose genießen dürfen, Wunderbarer Pool, feenhafter Garten, Liebevoll restauriertes Haus mit gemütlichen Zimmern. Es gibt sogar Pool Handtücher! Aber unbedingt eine eigene Espresso Kanne mitnehmen bei mehr als 4 Kaffee Trinkern. Vielen Dank an euch für eure Gastfreundschaft, fürs zuhören bei unserem Konzert, und letztendlich für die tolle kulinarische Gastfreundschaft! Dieses Haus bedeutet Urlaub und Entspannung. Und Ruhe mit Grillen zirpen.

loved every minute !!

we had agrate time in awonderful vila that perfect for faimilis . the hosets are so kind and helpful and the vila it self is huge and have alot of rooms and spaces along with 100% comfort. we will defantly come back and hiliy recomend to all our friends!!thank you for unforgatble days.

I am Enzo, a former teacher from Rome, with my wife and my 10 years old son.
Just over ten years ago we fell in love with a large farmhouse located in an old hamlet of the Umbrian countryside on the border with Tuscany. Once purchased, we threw ourselves headlong into restructuring, today the fruit of that intuition has created a house that welcomes families or groups of friends who want to enjoy their holidays together in total privacy.
We have being enjoying this kind of life more and more during the years and we still love it. We love our peaceful countryside, but we also appreciate the fact that we are close to interesting places and cities like Perugia Siena and Arezzo.
We are so happy about the choice we made few years ago that we always invite our friends to share the beauty the peacefulness and the view with us. Our friends also appreciate our cooking our garden and our swimming pool.
