Very nice and spacious apartment in Badalona just 3 km from Barcelona.
The rent in high season of July and August is only made Saturday to Saturday. If it is not between Saturdays, please make a "Contact the owner” and check their dates (without making a reservation request to speak with the owner)

The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to our requests. Pros: clean, roomy (very good for a family), grocery stores and tapas bars nearby in a working class neighbourhood with hardly any English speakers. Use the Artigues La Salut Sant Adrià metro for away trips and the Llefiàs metro coming home if you don’t like walking uphill.Cons: some bedrooms can be noisy on Fri/Sat nights.

Wonderful stay in neighborhood near Barcelona

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment outside the city. It was a really cool neighborhood with lots of options for food, market and grocery. Super easy access to the metro to get into the city. We had lots of fun!

Family trip to Barcelona

It is very conveniently located by 2 metro lines that run along major stops in Barcelona. The apartment had all the basic necessities and was very clean. As a little bonus, the water pressure was good. A variety of local grocery stores, convenience stores and really good tapa restaurants. The only downside is that the walls are thin and you can basically hear everything going on outside. We noticed during the weekdays, the neighbourhood is quiet at night, but during the weekends, it can get pretty loud past midnight. Overall, the apartment was good, and the hosts were very kind and responsive and would recommend.

Great spot away from the crowds

Lovely little apartment tucked away. We wanted to be just out of Barcelona to have a quieter evening but still close enough. Two metro stops near by. 12 mins to Sagrada familia. We spent our evenings local to the apartment. Lots of little bars, restaurants and shops. Couple of bakery’s too. The apartment is equipped enough to cook and do washing. 3 spacious bedrooms. Check in and communication was easy. Hosts were great. Resolved our queries

Great place for a family

This property is a great place for a family to stay. I stayed for a week with my two children and it was so nice to have space to ourselves, yet a common area to eat dinner and hang out. The neighborhood is great. Stores and restaurants are literally right around the corner. We felt safe in the neighborhood walking around during the day and in the evenings. The neighborhood has graffitti, don't let that put you off! Graffiti is in many urban areas around the world. In this neighborhood you will see families, mothers walking their children to school, children playing futbol in the streets, friends meeting and having a few drinks at the local cafes. It's about a 20 minute or so Metro ride from many of the tourist areas. Well worth the stay.

Soccer camp

My 2 boys, hubby, and I stayed in Badalona because it was close to the soccer camp they were to participate in. Location was great in terms of distance from camp but, if you plan to rent a car like we did, parking is a nightmare! If you don’t plan to have a rental car then no problem…..metro a 7 min walk, bus a 2 min walk……gym a 7 min walk, bank 2 min walk, restaurants 1 block over, and small grocery stores every where. The hosts were wonderful! The washer was not working properly so they ended up purchasing a new one so we wouldn’t have to be without one for a few days ( w 2 boys in soccer camp we did a load every day!). Would definitely stay in same place next time we go!

Immersed in a great neighborhood setting!

We really enjoyed our stay, as this was in a suburb of Barcelona (Badalona) where we were able to experience the day-to-day activity of the community and had shopping/markets/restaurants right around the corner. We were also a short walk from the train to the downtown area. The train was much cheaper than Uber rides, but Uber was available for the trips to the airport at 3 a.m. Probably would have ridden the train more in the beginning if we had checked it out sooner. Ubers only take up to four people and we had 5, so the Ubers for 5 to 6 people are not always around. Had a great experience going to see the "Flamenco" dance/show downtown. A wonderful experience going to the beach on the Mediterranean, and up on the mountaintop to the fort. So much great history and architecture. Also took the high speed train to Madrid and did a bus tour there. Quite the great memories created with our family, and it was ALWAYS nice to come home to a safe, clean apartment that gave us all we needed to enjoy this trip. Very clean unit with comfortable beds. Enough space for everyone to spread out and have their own area and privacy. Tankless hot water heater meant that we never ran out of hot water with showers for 5 people. Power went out once, but owners were available to tell us how to reset the circuit breakers and never had an issue after that. Great people and easy to check in and communication was great! We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Spain.

Pratique mais bruyant

Le logement est situé dans une banlieue populaire accessible en métro, ce qui est assez pratique. Le gros point noir est le bruit. L'appartement est un parfait pied à terre, bien équipé, fonctionnel, mais pas du tout fait pour se reposer. L'immeuble est très bruyant, et l'appartement n'est pas du tout isolé, donc on vit et dort au rythme de la rue :)
