Our stay at John's beautiful country home in the Fall of 2025 was idyllic. John was extremely welcoming, and showed us around the property. The house is tastefully decorated, the beds quite comfortable, and the kitchen well-stocked with all one would need to make a simple meal or banquet. The back deck, with its views of the mountain, and the morning birdsong, was a delightful highlight. The home sits on many quiet acres at the end of a country road and across from a farm, but still within a 10 minute drive to the heart of Middlebury and Middlebury College. We would absolutely stay here again, and probably will!
Beautiful and immaculate home with spectacular views
We loved our stay! The home is immaculate and extremely well organized, with very comfortable beds and spaces to relax. The location is perfect for visiting Middlebury, Burlington and the mountains. The views are spectacular!
The home was spotlessly clean. The location is ideal; ten minutes from the center of Middlebury and the college. Yet, the view from the back deck is classic Vermont with beautiful landscaping and the Green Mountains. Every aspect of the home is extremely comfortable and the house is has everything you could possibly need. I would stay here again if ever the need were to arise.
We so enjoyed our stay here! This is a beautiful location, with lovely views, and plenty of wildlife to see. The house is very comfortable, cozy and spotless. And the owners are thoughtful, helpful and easy to communicate with.
Lovely property with incredible views. House was spotless and had everything we needed. Relaxing, yet lots to do in the area. From snow activities to waterfall hikes, the family kept busy. Communicating with John was a breeze...thank you!
We were in Middlebury for graduation. The house was in a great location. Short drive to town. The property is absolutely beautiful. The house is beautiful. Our stay could not have been better. John is a delight to deal with.
Our stay exceeded our expectations. A cozy and exceptionally clean home. John went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed. He was a joy to deal with. Our family is already talking about coming back. Thanks John!
This place is super clean and comfortable. We had no problem finding the place and checking in. John gave very detailed instructions. The place is well maintained which you can tell by all the artworks displayed. We really enjoyed our stay.
