Great property. Lovely pool.

Lovely property as described. Good indoor and outdoor spaces. Big communal pool that was very clean, in lovely garden. Parking is on the street outside which is ok - sometimes hard to find a spot close by at the weekend.

Avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos grands enfants dans cet appartement dans lequel on se sent comme dans une maison. Chacun a su profiter tant des espaces de l'appartement que du parc et de la piscine très bien entretenu. Le lever de soleil ainsi que les apéros sur le roof-top vont nous manquer !

Maravillosa estancia para pasar tus vacaciones

Hemos pasado dos semanas en este maravilloso lugar. La casa tiene un encanto especial. La zona residencial es muy bonita y la piscina suele estar vacía, está muy cerca del centro histórico de Calella y el Mar. Está bien situado. La casa Muy cómoda para pasar unos días en familia. Es amplia, agradable y bien acondicionada. Me encanta porque tiene las estancias separadas en dos plantas. No tiene aire acondicionado pero no es necesario, ya que al estar entre pinares y dar a dos bandas corre un aire muy bueno

Séjour idéal en famille

Nous avons passé deux semaines parfaites dans un logement qui est parfaitement adapté pour un groupe de 8 personnes. L’espace est bien pensé et le logement accueillant et chaleureux. Le parc et la piscine immense sont un véritable plus qui fait la différence Je ne peux que le recommander fortement.

Mooi huis met zwembad en goede locatie

Erg prettig. Supermooie tuin met verwarmd zwembad. Erg relaxed. Ook het balkon was fantastisch. Enige minpunt was dat het huis niet zo heel schoon was, ook het servies. Tip: vermeld op de site dat het huis geen airco heeft en/of zorg voor goede koeling in huis anders is slapen bij hitte erg lastig.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en juillet à Calella de Palafrugell. Le logement est situé dans une résidence très sympa, calme, avec une belle piscine et un grand jardin trés bien entretenus. Appartement en duplex trés agréable, meublé avec goût et bien équipé. On s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Bonne literie dans toutes les chambres. La proximité du centre et des plages permet de tout faire à pieds. Les différents échanges avec le propriétaire ont été clairs, rapides, efficaces. Une très bonne adresse que nous recommandons.

Dans le cadre enchanteur de Calella de Palafrugell une superbe résidence fort bien entretenue, calme et très bien située à quelques petites minutes de marche des plages et des commerces, un appartement de rêve, spacieux, très bien conçu et aménagé ! la combinaison idéale pour des vacances très réussies ! Notre séjour s'est très bien passé dans cet appartement qui est très agréable à vivre pour 2 familles. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace, la grande terrasse, la piscine et le parc très bien entretenus. Nous avons beaucoup aimé Calella et les environs. C'est vraiment très beau, plages, randos ... Les plus jeunes enfants ont plutôt apprécié les criques à proximité (accès à pieds) avec masques et tubas ... les ados ont préféré les grandes plages de sables de palamos, playa d'aro (20 mn en voiture) Quelques petits détails concernant la location et donc des suggestions d'amélioration. - manque pôeles et casseroles plus grandes pour cuisiner (nous étions 8 et c'était un peu compliqué pour cuisiner) - matelas à ressort inconfortable dans la 1ère chambre des enfants - WIFI à proposer dans le cadre de la copropriété (ce serait un plus ...) - pas de parking dans la résidence mais nous avons trouvé facilement de la place à proximité même au mois d'août Le propriétaire basé en France est sérieux et sympatique, à l'écoute et facilement joignable par mail et téléphone. En conclusion, malgré ces détails, nous sommes très contents de nos 15 jours de vacances.

"L''appartement est très agréable, bien agencé, avec un bout de mer entre les pins en face de la terrasse et parfaitement situé dans la ville. Il est au coeur d''une co-propriété fermée, très agréable également avec sa pinède et sa grande piscine ( plus le bassin pour les tous petits). Le solarium est un bonheur pour ceux qui souhaitent bronzer ou ceux qui souhaitent regarder les étoiles, le soir avec le bruit de la ville au loin. Séjour magnifique. On reviendra vite..."

"Calella de Palafrugell est une très charmante station de la Costa Brava. Pas de beton, mais un village très coquet avec plein de petites plages. L''appartement proposé est d''un très beau standing. La résidence est superbe avec une très belle piscine. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Seul bémol - une literie dans une des chambre un peu fatiguée."
