The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals. With a gas range and beautiful countertops, cooking here is a joy.


With 2400 sq. ft. of space, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home comfortably sleeps 10. It boasts two master bedrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs master features a king-size bed and a tub/shower combination in the en-suite bathroom. The upstairs includes the second master suite with a queen bed and a step-in shower. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed, 2 twin bunk beds with a twin trundle, respectively. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I called the after hours phone number multiple times the first night to help get the a/c to work and it went straight to voicemail, they never called me back. The office did call me back after I called them. The beds have body indentations making the mattresses super uncomfortable. We couldn’t figure out how to get some of the outlets to work. The location is great. If the mattresses were replaced and the after hours phone was monitored I would return.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpets were filthy that our feet were black and our crawling baby’s knees, hands, and feet were stained black from the dirty carpet even after bathing daily. The bike trailer was completely broken and we called and they replaced that and the microwave that wasn’t working. We did end up figuring out how to get the microwave to work ourselves but the maintenance person should have been able to tell us how to fix it vs us figuring it out. We enjoyed the location but was very disappointed in the cleanliness. We also had to wait past 4pm as people were still at the property picking up trash and looking in the house (I think inspecting the cleaning) which was not ideal after a long drive with kids who needed to use the restroom. I’m not sure we’d stay here again or book with this company.

Amazing home in the heart of Sunriver!

Had such a wonderful time! Perfect location to the village and easy beautiful bike ride to the river and lodge. Clean and had everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

Perfect for a mid sized family. We had 5 in our group but it could easily accomidate 8-10 comfortably. 5 minute bike ride to the village.

Location was perfect, house great size, plenty of necessities!

We played plenty of games and the hot tub was a big hit :) having 4 bathrooms is great with 7 teen/adults (1 in diapers) plenty of room. Kids saw all sorts of deer, a raccoon, squirrels 🐿️ and 🐸 frogs. Great place to make memories.
