Villa spettacolare

Soggiornato scorsa settimana in sei adulti e 5 ragazzine, villa splendida, funzionale (cucina enorme) con possibilità di mangiare sia all'esterno che internamente. La piscina a vista è spettacolare, così come il giardino e le varie attrezzature. Da li si possono raggiungere le spiagge più famose del sud della COrsica (Pinarellu, Rondinara, Palombaggia) o quelle più vicine (Fautea), olte a Portovecchio e Bonifacio. Location super consigliata. Très belle propriété au calme avec magnifique panorama

Vacances familiales (grands parents, enfants et beaux-enfants, 4 petits enfants sachant nager) Villa spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée (intérieur et extérieur). Endroit retiré de la route, au calme, avec magnifique panorama Très grande et belle piscine à débordement Belle propriété avec petits coins de jardin sur différents niveaux La literie pourrait être plus confortable. A proximité de très belles plages et d'accès randonnée en montagne.

Aufenthalt war sehr schön, aber das Haus ist etwas verlebt und Bedarf einiger Schönheitsreparaturen.

Coup d'oeil imprenable, mais plutôt pour 10 personnes que 12

Très belle semaine en Corse du sud. Jolie villa, coup d'œil majestueux, piscine top ! Le barbecue et l'évier extérieurs étaient inutilisables. Certains matelas seraient à changer car en bout de vie... Des stores et fermetures des portes ne fonctionnaient pas bien. La dépendance studio pour 2 personnes n'est pas du tout adaptée pour des enfants, car isolée de la maison ; elle n'est non plus pas très agréable pour des plus grands à y séjourner (un peu bunker). Sinon l'ensemble est très sympa !

Villa

Great view, great pool, nice garden with ping-pong and pétanque, and house accommodating well 12 guests, well equipped. More attention to cleaning and bedsheets and towels quality would improve the overall impression. Versus description, No internet and even phone service very poor ( sometimes at all), small and very basic BBQ and garden furniture ( umbrellas, loungers, chairs), garden lights only partially working). Interaction with property administration was very unusual in the numbers of rules, disclaimers and warnings regarding utilization of property (stores not too high, pool cover not to close, the sink in the kitchen in specific position, only one key for entry door, all bed sheets and towels to be folded nicely at departure, ….). Administrator was helpful when a number pf issues occurred ( Airco in one room did not work from day one, was fixed in day 3, some lights fixed in day 2, when water pressure low and pool not filling, technician was send immediately and situation fixed the day after,. Overall,, would recommend villa for its position, view, pool , but also, for the asked price, some fixing and more customer orientation would be suggested.

Vue extraordinaire

Belle propriété avec une vue exceptionnelle. Quelques petits détails à améliorer pour que cela soit parfait (éclairage piscine malgré plusieurs rappels et pisciniste de mauvaise volonté, évier toilette bricolé, porte de placard dans la chambre des enfants mal fixée (attention danger) Climatisation dans une chambre défectueuse.

Un très bon séjour

De retour d'un séjour de 15 jours dans la belle villa, nous voici ! La piscine à débordement est superbe ; de même la vue sublime sur la mer, les voiliers, l'horizon, les lauriers roses, et le maquis et la montagne derrière... Une très grande villa, de (4) vraies chambres, avec salles d'eau, et un studio indépendant, soit 5 chambres en tout. Le repos, près des plages, de la montagne, des restaurants, des spritz, au calme ; louer une voiture est impératif. La villa est bien conçue, confortable ; juste changer et réparer un tiroir de cuisine et quelques accessoires pour péréniser la villa et la rendre aussi attrayante que les villas neuves.

Maison magnifique

Nous étions 12 personnes à passer une semaine dans cette magnifique maison ayant une vue exceptionnelle dont on ne se lassait pas. Le vue sur la mer est encore plus impressionnante que sur les photos. La maison étant spacieuse et très bien équipée chacun a pu être à son aise. Nous sommes enchantés par ce séjour et recommandons vivement la maison et les propriétaires que nous avons rencontrés à notre arrivée. S’il devait y avoir un seul bémol ce serait la distance avec Porto Vecchio qui, en période estivale, est à environ à 30 / 40 min de trajet.

Grande piscine avec super vue sur la mer

Grande maison très agréable. La piscine, la vue et le terrain de pétanque sont les atouts de la maison ! A noter que les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis. Je recommande !

Wunderschöne Lage ohne liebevollen Input

Das Haus liegt sehr reizvoll oberhalb des Meeres, der Ausblick ist phantastisch. Schlecht beschrieben war die Zimmeraufteilung, für 14 Personen geeignet heißt für uns nicht, dass 6 Personen in ein ! Zimmer müssen. Von der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, aber teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, der Wasserhahn in der Küche aus der Verankerung gerissen, einfach lieblos. Für das Mieten von Laken und Duschtüchern mussten wir für 12 Personen mussten wir bei der Ankunft extra bezahlen. Insgesamt könnte man aus dem wunderschönen Anwesen viel mehr machen!

Superbe villa très fonctionnelle, vue sublime

Accueil délicieux de Marianne qui s’est montrée discrète,réactive et efficace de A à Z. Maison idéalement située, spacieuse, fonctionnelle .Quelques détails basiques rendraient le séjour encore plus agréable pour une location de ce niveau : évacuation douche rdc difficile( intervention très aimable du propriétaire mais restée vaine), traitement des fourmis, certaines couettes tâchées , aspirateur « blindé » mais surtout chauffage de la piscine inopérant alors que le problème semble récurrent.

La beauté toujours présente et si variée

Nous étions 7 adultes et 7 enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité de l’accueil assuré par Lucile Granger, la beauté du site... et la piscine, le calme et la sensation d’être “chez soi” en famille, l’organisation intérieure de la maison, la décoration sobre mais chaleureuse, bref notre séjour a été une réussite. traumhaftes Domizil am Meer

Wir waren eine große Gruppe von 14 Personen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Traumhafter Ausblick auf das Meer. positiv: - sehr großes Anwesen, trotz Lage an der Landstraße absolut ruhig, großer Pool - große Küche mit zwei Geschirrspülern und reichlich Geschirr auch für 14 Personen - geräumiges Wohn / Ess - und Schlafzimmer negativ: - schlechter Mobilfunkempfang / Internet - zwei Betten sind im Garagenanbau (sehr klein, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten) - hohe Kaution (3000 Euro !!) Verbesserung: - Raumplan im Internet veröffentlichen - zusätzliche Ablageflächen in den Schlafzimmern

"Magnifique maison avec une superbe vue sur mer à 180°! Spacieuse, propre, très bien agencée, parfaitement équipée, les qualificatifs ne manquent pas. La piscine (chauffée) à débordement est conçue à la fois pour nager et pour s''amuser pour les plus jeunes. Très bien située, dans un endroit calme, sans vis-à-vis, cette villa permet de visiter tout l''est de la Corse et de se rendre rapidement dans la montagne... Le propriétaire met à disposition un classeur avec toutes les bonnes adresses et les sites à ne pas manquer. En 2 mots : une superbe maison dans une superbe région et un propriétaire attentionné pour ses locataires ! A ne pas manquer!"
