Vacation for lovers of quiet!

At the time of our stay there were no other people in the complex. This was beautiful and there were no other noise than bird singing and wind in the woods. The appartement was very nice and the contact to the owners was very friendly and effective. They gave a lot of informations for the region and hold contact all the time. You really need a car cause it's about 5 km from next town, Porto Azzuro, which is a cute little town with some good restaurants. Summit: a great week and I'm shure we will come back some day. Thank you Elisabetta and Francesco

L'appartement est trés agréable, situé au calme dans un endroit magnifique (piscines, palge sur place sans avoir à utilser la voiture) les propriétaires même s'ils ne sont pas sur place sont charmants. Propréte impeccable. Nous y retournerons si nous revenons à Elbe

Ein kristallklares Meer

Schon seit langem wollte ich einmal einen Urlaub verbringen ohne ständig mit dem Auto unterwegs zu sein, oder am Weg zum Strand von Autos umgeben zu sein. In der sehr entspannten Atmosphäre von Capo d'Arco ist mir das endlich gelungen. Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Küche neu und die Wohnung als ganzes sehr gemütlich. Wir haben es genossen auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer zu frühstücken. Die ganze Anlage von Capo d'Arco ist sehr gut gepflegt und ruhig. Eine kleine Oase mit einem bezaubernde Strand und kristallklaren Wasser. Selten noch habe ich das Meer so genossen. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Meer, ein fantastisches Salzwasser und ein Süßwasser Schwimmbad, ein Restaurant/Pizzeria und ein kleines Geschäft. Und wenn man sich dann richtig erholt hat kann man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten Porto Azzurro und seinen lebhaften Hafen und in circa zehn Minuten den wunderschönen Ort Capoliveri erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Der Strand mit seinem kristallklaren Wasser wird mich wohl noch viele Monate lang in Gedanken begleiten. Hier möchten wir unbedingt wieder einmal eine Woche verbringen! Danke!!!

Abbiamo passato dei giorni incantevoli durante il ns. Soggiorno. La casa è molto comoda, accogliente, e ben organizzata. Noi eravamo un gruppo particolare io, una mia amica, mia sorella, col marito e la piccola alice di 4 mesi. Ci siamo ben organizzati cedendo la camera da letto alla neo famigliola, mentre le 2 girls sistemate sui letti a castello tattici e comodi. La casa è pulita, la cucina è nuova dotata di stoviglie perfette, tanto che spesso abbiamo cenato in casa, sfruttando il comodissimo terrazzino vista mare. Il residence è molto bello, signorile e tranquillo, una piccola oasi dove trovi tutto: mare, piscine, ristorante e un piccolo negozietto. La distanza da porto azzurro è di circa 5', dove sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari. Le spiagge sono tante e tutte da vedere. I proprietari, persone gentilissime e premurose, hanno lasciato una guida con tutte le spiagge dell'isola ed è veramente utile per scoprire ogni giorno una spiaggia nuova. Insomma che dire non resta che tornarci l'anno prossimo???grazie Cristina

We would like to highly recommend this beautiful apartment near Rio Marina and Porto Azzuro. We stayed for 6 nights and loved every minute. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous view and the large balcony. The apartment is even better than it looks in the pictures! The owners always replied very quickly to our emails and questions and are very friendly and helpful. This is a perfect holiday apartment in a calm and relaxing setting and we are already planning our next trip.

casa che da sufficente potrebbe diventare molto comoda.L'unico neo è stata la luce in soggiorno alle sei d'ogni mattina ,avendo messo noi i bambini nella matrimoniale e dormendo sui divani-letto per goderci le serate in pace.Il posto è da 8/5 anche per una come me che ha vissuto l'Elba in lungo ed in largo. In due ci tornerei al volo!! ps proprietari carini , apprensivi e fattivi.

Località molto tranquilla in un contesto rilassante, direttamente sul mare e con una bellissima piscina di acqua salata che per i ragazzi è l'ideale. A pochi minuti di macchina da Porto Azzurro e dai servizi principali. La vacanza è stata perfetta. L'appartamento è sufficientemente abitabile da 4 persone adulte e direi che corrisponde a quanto descritto dal proprietario. Qualora dovessi decidere di ritornare all'isola d'Elba questo appartamento sarà tra le mie scelte prioritarie. Ringrazio i proprietari per il loro interessamento e disponibilità.
