Apartment Cinema has been lovingly renovated by the owners to offer the tourist or business client a relaxing away from it all stay, but with all the comforts of home. The apartment benefits from a brand new Shower Room.

The apartment is located in a very well kept beautiful old building on the first floor, with a wide feature staircase, which makes it easily accessible.

The building comprises of 6 apartments in total and our's is the first you will come to on the first floor.
The apartment is very quiet with no noise and sleeping is a real DREAM.
Within a one minute walk from the apartment you will find the old port, the famous Forville market, beautiful beaches, a supermarket and a variety of typical French shops and an abundance of fabulous restaurants.
Within only a 5 minute walk from the apartment you can find the famous Palace de Festivals.
The apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including fast Internet, Smart TV, air conditioning, sheets and towels provided, king size bed, mirrored wardrobes, new shower room and fully equipped kitchen.
Arrival time is flexible and departure time is 10am unless otherwise agreed.
(Please Note a Meet and Greet Charge of 30 Euros will apply to arrivals after 8pm, payable in cash on arrival at the Property)
Arrivals after 22.00 Hours cannot be catered for.

Great apartment with all mod cons in a fabulous location within a few minutes walk from the Palais.

Loved it and was sad to leave.

Location idéalement située

Quartier typique du vieux Cannes, très agréable, proche de la gare, des plages, du marché... les fenêtres de la location donnent sur une arrière cour, très calme fenêtres fermées, mais avec le bruit du nettoyage des rues à partir de 5H fenêtres ouvertes. La clim est un appareil assez bruyant mais rafraichissant avec un tuyau qui passe par la fenêtre qui doit donc rester ouverte. Accueil très arrangeant avec Maria (arrivée tardive), dynamique et sympathique. Logement cosy, très agréable, manquent juste les notices des différents appareils (T.V., four, lave linge). Literie excellente.

La situation excellente au centre historique de Cannes. Un bon équipement des appartements. 300 mètres jusqu'à la plage. Tout se trouve côte à côte : le marché, les magasins, les boutiques, le centre, le palais des festivals et il y a beaucoup de restaurants.

On à passé un superbe séjour dans la location . L'appartement est magnifique et très bien placé . Avec ses histoires du vieux quartier de Suquet ,avec tous les alentours ..très bien . Merci pour ça .

Gemütliches Nest beim Marché Forville

Sehr gute Lage mitten im Le Suquet. Trotz der belebten Straßen mit vielen Restaurants und Lokalen ist die Wohnung ruhig mit dem Blick auf die Notre-Dame. Im Apartment ist alles Nötige, vom Kaffeekocher bis zum Sonnenschirm für Strand, vorhanden. Nett und schnuckelig.

Superb Apartment in a great location

We had heard rumours that apartments in Cannes in a lot of cases not up to standard. So on entering Apartment Cinema we were absolutely delighted, it was spotlessly clean, furnished to a high standard and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. (Fantastic) The bed was really comfy as well. The location is great in easy reach of everything in Cannes and close to Old Port and beaches. Too many restaurants to choose from close by!!! We will be booking again for next year, dont miss out on this great place.

We fell in love with Cannes after arriving there on a Cruise ship. We soon came back and started our search for a property. We fell in love with the old part of Cannes because of its charm, character and closeness to the Old Port.

Why they chose this property

We viewed a lot of properties and in a lot of cases the communal areas where in poor condition. This apartment has excellently kept communal area with a wide staircase leading to our first floor apartment.

What makes this property unique

Located close to all local amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, forville market, shops, local transport and the Old Port makes it an ideal location.
