Coastal Comfort - Stylish 2 Bedroom Condo - 1615-5

Thank you so much! We are absolutely thrilled that your family had such a wonderful stay with us. Being a great host and providing a fantastic location are our top priorities, so hearing this completely makes our day. We would love to welcome you and your family back anytime you need another getaway!

Thank you for your feedback, we’re sorry to hear the stay did not fully meet your expectations. We do want to clarify that in our listing description, we note: “While the condo itself does not offer ocean views except for in the living room, you can enjoy beautiful coastal scenery from the shared patio and beach area.” We do try to set expectations noting the ocean views only from the living room and shared patio and beach areas. We understand how important privacy and views can be when choosing a property, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. We would be happy to assist in the future in finding a rental that better meets your needs! Your feedback is valuable as it helps ensure expectations are as clear as possible for future guests.

Hello, Dawn, We're so happy to hear that you had a pleasant experience with our management team. As you pointed out, this property is an older home, but we can assure you that our cleaning schedule is top quality, especially during this COVID season. We're also sorry to hear that your neighbors left their belongings all over the property. During future stays, please do not hesitate to contact our office for these types of matters, as we're happy to contact the other guests and/or come out to the property and address the situation in person. This property does have beach access, but it does not have a direct path or stairs but requires walking down some rocks. We apologize if our description was misleading. We hope to have you back to the beach soon! Sincerely, The Team at BeachFront Only

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Jennifer. We sincerely apologize for the aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. Regarding the property description, we strive for accuracy and the shared beach area for units 2-5 is as displayed on our website. We regret any confusion regarding Unit 1's private beach.
