Amazing Accommodations

We hosted a family reunion at Bear Lake with family from all over the US. This home was perfect for our needs. We loved the views and large deck/patio. The kitchen was spacious and there were enough beds for all 38 of us! The hosts were friendly and great at communicating. We also liked the location of the home. The amenities were fun- pools, hot tub, pickleball etc.

The home was well equipped with the things we needed. We enjoyed having 3 refrigerators, one in the kitchen, laundry room and garage. The view is AMAZING and we enjoyed the beautiful deck. Check-in was easy.There are two pools by the clubhouse one with a slide that the grandkids loved!!! We also went to the private beach of the Reserve that worked well for us. Overall it was a great experience!

Perfect for our family reunion!

First, the view from this place was so beautiful! It had a great number of bedrooms and the cousins loved the bunk room. The kitchen had the things we needed and there was plenty of space for dining and for our other activities. It is such a nice, clean place. In a super great location. We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful home!

We had the most wonderful time at Paradise point! The house easily accommodated all 36 of us! The Kitchen was well stocked , it was wonderful to have three refrigerators, the community pool was so much fun, and the view of the lake from the house is spectacular! Our teenagers gathered around the fire pit at night, our Littles lined up to play the Pac-Man game, the bunk room is fantastic, there are some great gathering spaces. The hosts were amazing, and very quick to respond whenever we sent a message. I would definitely give this place five stars!

Beautiful home and spectacular view of Bear Lake

We loved our stay at this property with our large family. The accommodations were amazing and the hosts were friendly and replied quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed the view of Bear Lake from the deck, the large gathering areas in and outside the house, the pools and the short drive to North Beach where we spent our days. We would highly recommend this property for a place to make wonderful memories!!

We loved this home in Fish Haven. The bunk room upstairs was so spacious with bunks to sleep 10, and also two pull out couches. Spectacular views, easy access to the lake, and two big swimming pools made this home perfect for us.

Having all our family members together in one unit was a great experience.

The view of Bear Lake was incredible and the property was wonderful. If the short gravel road could be paved it would improve the road entering the property. We all enjoyed our stay at this unit.

Our pre-teens loved the "trundle bed room" where cousins got to talk and be with each other. "cousins make the best friends" is their motto. I like how well the kitchen is stocked.

We just got married at Paradise Point. Our experience was memorable and heartening! The views are stunning! It's the kind of place that just feels very special. Noel the cabin owner was so kind and helpful every step of the way. He even personally dropped off shorts left by one of our guests.

A piece of heaven

The views are stunning, especially the morning sunrise over the lake. It is a comfortable home, well stocked and perfect for our large family group with many kids. The kids loved the arcade games. The private beach is small but perfectly adequate. The beds were cozy and pillows so soft and comfortable. All of the showers were super nice! The host communicated with us well.

This beautiful villa was the perfect size for our family.

In general, we had a great time-- The multiple fridges were very helpful, We could have used more clean towels & sheets, the ceiling leaked badly in a downstairs bedroom. Also, the downstairs bathroom rugs were dingy/cringy and not absorbent.

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay. We are truly sorry that there was a leak stemming from the shower which dripped onto the bed in the bedroom below. We are thankful that our onsite team was able to fix it the very next day allowing you to continue using that shower for the remainder of your stay. We provide 40 towels and sheets for all our beds. There is washer and dryer onsite should guests need to wash or refresh them during your stay. You may not have been aware that we also have a duplicate set of towels and sheets on-site for an emergency situation. That emergency supply allowed us to provide dry bedding that same day to the family members staying in that impacted room so they didn’t need to launder themselves. Thanks for the feedback on the downstairs bathroom rugs. They were replaced less than a month ago so they wouldn’t be dingy but we will look for a replacement that is more absorbent.

Amazing property!

This was a wonderful house for our annual family reunion! Perfectly stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of bedrooms and beds! The kids absolutely loved the bonus room with enough beds for all the cousins! Tons of games were played at the large dining room table! We even had a talent show in the back yard! Contact with the owner was fantastic! I would recommend this home to anyone!

We had our first family reunion (32) at this beautiful property. There was plenty to keep the kids busy and a comfortable space for all of us. The kitchen had everything we could want to meal prep with. There were great gathering spaces too. The owner, Noel was very responsive to any questions we had. To top it off we had a spectacular view! Highly recommend!

stayed for a family reunion. Enjoyed the house and the location. Communication with owners was great. Beautiful views of the lake. The only complaints were the pull out couch mattresses were quite uncomfortable which left a few people sleeping on blow up mattresses we had brought. The other is the plumbing is incredibly loud which made it hard to sleep if laundry was going or any water in the house was running. We loved having access to the private beach!

Family reunion

We had our family reunion with thirty people and had plenty of room. There was plenty of beds but also had foldout mattresses. Check in was an ease and Noel was great to give other recommendations and tips about the area. She was a gem!! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you can think of. The beds were very comfy. One of the favorites for the kids was the swimming pool. The only down side was the private beach access was not very good. We booked late June first of July and the beach was mucky. We ended up going to North Shore. The hosts had no control over that and we were glad north shore was close by. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone with a big group.

Great Christmas present for my whole family

plenty of room for everyone. the upstairs bunkroom was perfect for all the cousins. They had fun in the little hideaway room. the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make our meals. The only drawback was the parking, not very much room until we found out we could park our trailers down by the clubhouse. Otherwise we had a great time and hope to come back next year.

The neighborhood requires that all vehicles must be parked off the streets and prior guests have really appreciated our home's large driveway which accommodates 12 to 15 vehicles. I do see how having 4 trailers to back in and out with 9 vehicles could be challenging especially in the winter months. It is nice to have the overflow trailer parking available to our guests down by the clubhouse.

Grandpa’s 80th Birthday

We loved our stay in Fish Haven. The home was perfect for what we needed. We were celebrating our father’s 80th birthday and had all his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren in the home. The kids loved the arcade and basketball court on the property and spent a lot of time at the community pool. The views of the lake were amazing. Sitting outside on the deck at night chatting was one of our favorite things to do. Check in and out were easy. The owner was in contact with us and is very nice and friendly. We will most definitely stay here again.

Family reunion

It was a nice, clean large home. It has lots of games including arcade games. You are not right on the beach, however there is beach access you can drive to. You need the key fob to access the private beach. It’s not big, but worked well for us. The views from the house are awesome, and the fire pit was a nice touch. It wasn’t quite ready for us to check in at 4;00, so my family spent time at the park until the house was ready.

Our family loves Bear Lake. There is something to do all year round. Our favorite time is the Fall and Winter because we love the outdoors and it is so peaceful and quiet. We love long rides along the beach and up the mountain. When it snows we tube, snowmobile, ski, relax in the hot tub, and watch movies.

Why they chose this property

You can go right from the home into the mountains or onto the beach right on your ATV. In summer its warm and the water is an amazing blue, in winter you have the snow and you can snowmobile and pull sleds behind your ATV right on the lake.
