Lovely stay at Luni

We had a great time at this quaint, spacious and clean property. The owners are very responsive and helped us at their earliest convenience. The only issue that arose was with the wi-fi speed, it was slow and patchy at times. Overall, we would recommend this stay! :)

PERFECT HOLIDAYHOME IN BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS

We had a perfect stay with our children and grandchildren. We were able to sit at spacious tables with 11 people inside and outside. Large garden with swings,slide and toys for the little ones. Good communication with the owner. .The kitchen was fine,only we missed a kettle for the tea drinkers... There is a lot to do within driving distance. Thank you very much Davide and also a kind greeting to your mother in law !

Large house

Check in at 6pm is too late, we had travelled from another villa in Italy and after the check in procedure that took about 45-60 mins it’s too late to be arriving at a villa and getting settled. Also we’re big recyclers and have no problem recycling at all but it’s a very strange system putting out different coloured boxes every night and collecting again in the morning. For 8-9 people staying at the villa the boxes were much too small. Also the above ground pool was never clean to use, it was badly affected by the rain and in the end we just told the host not to bother trying to clean as we wouldn’t be using it. The house itself was large snd well equipped and we enjoyed the property with its verandas and large garden. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Overall we enjoyed the house, location 10 mins from the sea was good, but check in time and recycling need to be changed to make it more user friendly. The hosts were very contactable snd replied quickly to any emails.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und in weiten Teilen so eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Lediglich ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss hatte nicht drei, sondern nur zwei Betten. Es waren aber ausreichend Betten fĂŒr 8 Personen vorhanden!In der KĂŒche gab es reichlich Geschirr, Besteck, sowie super Kochtöpfe und Pfannen.Die Klimaanlagen waren bei unserem Besuch nur im Obergeschoss installiert. Im Erdgeschoss konnten wir die beiden Ventilatoren nutzen.Unsere LieblingsplĂ€tze waren die Veranda und der im Garten befindliche Pool. Sehr nĂŒtzlich waren auch die Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern und TĂŒren.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Davide war sehr freundlich. Davide antwortete innerhalb von Minuten, gab hilfreiche Informationen zu Umgebung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Super séjour !

Super sĂ©jour. L’emplacement n’est pas forcĂ©ment la plus touristique de l’Italie mais elle est Ă  proximitĂ© de plusieurs destinations qui le sont ! La maison est grande, spacieuse avec un trĂšs grand jardin ! Le contact avec le propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© super facile. Il a rĂ©pondu rapidement Ă  toutes nos questions et lorsque nous avons eu un souci il a rapidement pris en compte nos inquiĂ©tudes. Si on veut citer un point d’amĂ©lioration ça serait top des clims dans les chambres du bas mais c’est vraiment si on chipote. Nous recommandons pour un sĂ©jour en groupe un peu en dehors des zones bondĂ©es de touristes !

Tolles Ferienhaus fĂŒr viele Personen, aber auch fĂŒr eine Familie geeignet.

Es war wunderschön, der Strand liegt zwar ca. 4 km vom Haus entfernt, aber dafĂŒr hat man seine Ruhe und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, auch fĂŒr die Hunde war es perfekt. Wir waren zu acht. Das Haus kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Maison idĂ©ale pour une famille de 12 personnes, jeunes enfants et ados! La maison est trĂšs jolie, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs agrĂ©able et facilement joignable. Big and fully equipped Villa

Our group (10 adults) had a wonderful stay in Ortonovo/Luni. Everything in the house was even better as it is in the pictures! Very big, sunny and fully equipped villa. The bedrooms, living room and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable and very, very clean! The location is perfect to explore the Cinque Terre. Friendly welcome and very helpful owner - we received all necessary information. The only minor problem was the internet - wasn't working properly.... But, a very good choice overall! I would highly recommend this villa! Katarzyna

Superbe maison

Notre famille (7 adultes et 5 adolescents) à passé de superbes vacances dans la maison de Davide. Les espaces sont spacieux, il y a tout ce qu il faut, la cuisine est bien équipée, le jardin et la terrasse sont trÚs agréable. La climatisation à l étage est bien appréciable. La communication avec Davide est excellente, cet hote est trÚs gentil, disponible et serviable. Je recommande cette location les yeux fermés.

Tolles Haus mit großem Garten

Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen im Ferienhaus verbracht (6 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder). Toller Garten mit Grill. Highlight ist die Terrasse mit langer Tafel und Lounge fĂŒr gemĂŒtliche Abende. Ausstattung vom Haus ist super - Vermieter Davide sehr nett und hilfsbereit. ParkplĂ€tze gibt es vor dem Haus. Haus liegt etwas abseits - daher sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 min. Fahrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genĂŒgend im Umkreis. Empfehlenswert ist das Weingut Lunae: https://www.cantinelunae.com/ Ich kann das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Collocazione stupenda

La casa risponde perfettamente all’annuncio, molto bella e vivibile, pulizia ottima, proprietari gentilissimi che ci hanno fatto trovare le cose di base per cucinare una pasta la prima sera e un caffĂš la mattina, in modo da evitarci di fare la spesa appena arrivati. La collocazione, appena sulla collina ma vicino al mare, la rende il soggiorno perfetto nei mesi caldi perchĂ© arieggiata.

Parfait pour grandes familles

La maison est idéale pour 10-12 personnes. L équipement est complet et Davide et son épouse nous ont accueilli avec soin. L emplacement est trÚs bien pour visiter Carrare et les cinq terres accessibles par le train. Les plages ne sont pas trop loin non plus.
