This apartment is in a fantastic location right next to the promenade and beach in old town Nice. The location is unbeatable! The apartment was very clean and nicely renovated. The air conditioning was amazing for the hot summer days. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location

First trip to Nice and this apartment was in the middle of everything. One block to the beach with restaurants and shops all steps away. Everything was accurate and well communicated.

It was so cute and the perfect amount of space! You’re right next to the beach and you’re in the heart of old town, everywhere is walkable! The lockbox is a little confusing to find because there are 3 around each other and there are like 7 sets of steep stairs but it’s not that bad and was great for the location and price!

The apartment is a long climb up, 5 flights, but it is delightful once you arrive. location is fabulous! The view from the room is the church bell tower and town toward the mountains. The view of the Med is at a landing half way up. Space is clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay. A quirky roofspace apartment in the heart of Old Nice and right on the beach. Just be ready for the five floors of stairs to get to the apartment.🙂 The host was always contactable and responsive.

Beautiful location, great host

You can’t beat the location at this price. The steps are definitely a hike - especially with luggage - but if that’s not an issue for you, give this place a look. The views are worth it. We had enough space for our luggage and a space to drink wine in the evening and have breakfast in the morning. Stanislas was very responsive when we had an issue, getting it addressed as quickly as possible. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is in a great location in Nice - very easy to get around! Stanislas was very communicative from the moment the booking went through, to the day before our arrival and day before departure, informing us of the check-in and check out process, how to contact him should there be any issues during our stay. We had a great trip and the flat was very comfortable. Very happy travellers!
