We are a legally operating sort-term-jrental. We provide 2 Free parking. 2-A/C, which the guests have the control on.
We are located in a Resort area.
If you are looking for a different location for part of your vacation, please contact me here for wonderful deals, we have 3 other condos on the Island. We are paying particular attention to disinfecting high touch areas. Newly renovated one bedroom condo nestled on the world famous golf course - Arnold Palmer & George Fazio, steps away from white sandy beaches. Breath-taking views. 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, right in front of the TURTLE BAY RESORT. We are located on the North Shore of Oahu, this lovely modern vacation home includes a king-size bed, ample closet space, a full kitchen and bath, dining area, an Italian leather sleeper, 2 flat-screen TV's, high-speed wireless internet, cable, air conditioning & living room with an enclosed patio facing the Turtle Bay Golf Course. This fully furnished home, located in the gated community of Kuilima Estates West, can sleep up to 5 people comfortably. We have a king size bed, a sofa bed that opens to a very comfortable Tempur-pedic queen size bed and 2 fold up bed that we will bring upon request.

Free assigned and guest parking is also included on the vicinity. Some of the best surf spots in the world are just a short drive away, including Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Rocky Point, Waimea Bay and Laniakea, known for the large groups of turtles swimming by its shoreline.

Out of every window in this home you can see the majestic Ko’olau Mountains, glorious sunsets, and beautiful stars. There are great restaurants and bars in walking distance ranging from high-to lower-end, as well as spas, tennis courts, swimming pools, horseback riding activities, helicopter rides, hiking, surfing, snorkeling, yoga classes, massage, a wedding chapel, a barbecue gazebo and much more! The historic Haleiwa town and Polynesian Cultural Center are a short driving distance away. How lovely is it that there are so many options available for your convenience to make your Hawaii vacation all the more of a fantastic adventure!
We provide a starter set which includes shampoo/conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper & paper towel, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and two tissue boxes.

Location was excellent. Very close to lots of beautiful beaches and snorkeling areas. Are was quite and pool was small and enjoyable. The Farm down the street had wonderful fresh fruit and yummy shaved ice. Definitely a family friendly location.

We were traveling to Hawaii for our babymoon, the place was clean, great location in north shore, bed was comfy and the place has air conditioning (a must when in Hawaii) and the food close by was delicious. We recommend 7 brothers, the food trucks and the turtle bay pool restaurant.

Kahuku Family Visit

Our family loved the condo in Kuilima Estates. We were close to the amenities at Turtle Bay, but it also afforded us a quiet place to sleep at the end of our busy vacation days.

Beautiful - A perfect Hawaii vacation!

This property is absolutely beautiful and fully stocked with quality supplies! We were welcomed with a very sweet card from the owners and provided with a lay and snacks! The starter supplies were very handy since our luggage was missing for the first three days of the stay. We slept well in the king sized bed and really enjoyed the shower with stone tile. The beach is a short walk away and the condo is situated on the golf course. We would absolutely love to stay again. Did not want to leave!

This is a beautiful, restful place on the North Shore. Clean, stylish, and peaceful. Your own parking spot (free). Very comfortable bed. Waking up to the sounds of all the birds greeting you, and reminding you to get up because you are not at home..you're in Paradise. A short drive out of the condo in either direction, you will find food, and attractions to visit. A short walk to the beach from the condo. My advice is to stay here, and make Honolulu a day trip. Book this unit with confidence,Thank you Orly!!

Relaxing and fun vacation.

This condo is on the ground floor with a serene view of the golf course. The living room has been extended by removing the lanai, which added space for a bigger living room, and lets in the light so it is bright and cheery inside. The condo is very tastefully decorated and is complete with everything you need. It is just steps from the pool which was empty whenever I went for a swim. Lei Lei golf course restaurant is just a short walk from the condo. I had dinner there and it was delicious. It was very quiet while I was there. It is a short walk to the Turtle Bay beach and hotel where we also had pupu's and drinks and dancing one night. I really enjoyed the accommodations and the serenity for my one week stay.

We chose this property from the photos and description on their site. The furniture shown and described did not exist. The cleaning process described did not exist. The walls were not clean. The woodwork was not clean. The walls and woodwork were in dire need of fresh paint. The air conditioner added as an afterthought did not cool the space below 82 degrees after multiple hours running. The front door frame appeared to have been forced open and not repaired. The interior front door lock was covered with duct tape. The secondary security lock was broken. We chose not to stay and contacted the owner and VRBO with our dissatisfaction and feelings of having been duped by the owners description of the property. The owner was not receptive to our report and contradicted each of our complaints. The owner agreed to refund our money. Five days later the owner has not issued a refund and continues to respond with confusing messages concerning the refund. VRBO has promised to review our claim and has “escalated” this process. We have received no further response from VRBO even after multiple phone calls to VRBO customer service. We have sent photos to the owner and VRBO documenting our experience. BUYER BEWARE! has never meant more. We have used VRBO multiple times. Thankfully, this is the only time we have encountered a fraudulent misrepresentation of a rental property. Fortunately, we were able to find a hotel nearby with availability or we had no where to stay.

So quiet and peaceful

The check in process was very smooth and I was happily surprised by how quiet the location was. Only on Friday night I could hear a bit of partying from Lele's at the golf course BUT, Lele's is also known across the island to have the best prime rib and we love to golf so the location for us was perfect. An easy 10 minute walk to the beach as well. The apartment was really nice with fantastic breezes flowing through and great ceiling fans. We never needed to use the AC. The kitchen was fully equipped and the manager's responsiveness was the best ever. We had a black out in the area for a couple of hours and the manager helped me figure out what to do very efficiently. The shower is big and has a lovely pebble design. Some of the screens needed to be fixed but other than that, this place was perfect!

North Shore Getaway

Location was great - Easy to get to restaurants and beach at Turtle Bay Resort. Appreciate the in room A/C which worked great and the bed was very comfortable. We did have some issues with the other A/C but owner was very responsive and replaced the unit.

Very clean unit. Close to Leileis bar and Grill, pratically in our back yard. Heated pool less than a minute walk. Very quiet, relaxing place to stay!

Stunning location and great property, but appliances could use help

The property is amazing, located on a golf course and a short walk (~5 minutes) to the beach (but beware, the beach is a little rocky). The pros: - Orly was very helpful and responsive via VRBO messaging - Orly did manage to fix the air conditioner that went out during our stay - There is one dedicated parking spot and a tag for a second car, so if you have multiple cars, you should be set - There were 3 of us, so it was very roomy (I was working remotely part of the time, so needed my own space) - The place was stocked with bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, appliances (coffee maker with filters), and two independent air conditioners (one in the living room, one in the bedroom). There were also 2 rollaway beds. The cons: - It is the lower level, so no patio area (the back door just goes straight out into the grass) and upstairs neighbors could start walking quite loudly whenever. Area itself is quiet. - The washer/dryer do work, but need a bit of coaching (5-10 minutes for water to start going through washer, can't start the dryer after washer, dryer has a very low heat setting). This could be solved with some instructions on the machines. - Minor annoyances-- the bathroom sink drains slowly, the way the sink faucets work means water is likely to splash everywhere. - The air conditioner wasn't working the first night, my parents contacted through the number provided in the email, with no response. It did get fixed on our 3rd day.

Great place for a Adult couple

This was on me for picking wrong for my family . There is one bed and it is very hard . There is a couch pull out that is hard also . We are a family of 5 . So we had 2 on the bed , 2 on couch and the smallest on a roll away bed . It took us 2 days to get the roll away to stay flat it keep falling . So yes this place would be great for a adult couple I would not recommend for a family .

Our family enjoyed our stay here. We loved having access to the Turtle Bay pools and appreciated the use of boogie boards and beach chairs for our trips to the beach. It was extremely helpful to have washer/dryer right in the unit. The pull out and roll away beds were not terribly comfortable, but the kiddos survived.

The perfect NS stay

With Turtle Bay raising even their discounted rates to 800/night, this is the best way to stay on Turtle Bay property. As long as you are ok with five times more space than a cramped hotel room. You also have to be ok with a king sized bed in your quiet retreat of a bedroom (if you have kids). You also have a nice pool to relax in, and, because you aren't at the resort pool, you don't have to share it with 50 other people, maybe just two or three - but most times you will have it all to yourself. The 1bdrm unit is very clean and the living room has the most comfortable pull out bed I have ever slept in. We can't recommend this place enough and we are already planning our next visit!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. My kids liked the pullout sofa bed and the rollaway bed (and the option to not have to share a bed!) Orly was really quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had! I would love to come back for a future visit!

Why they chose this property

I find the North Shore very relaxing, with breath taking beaches, lots of activities, the amazing beauty of nature, shopping & a great variety of restaurants! The people who live here are very friendly and the most important reason is that my kids are really connected to the North Shore area! My son is a professional surfer & he spends big part of the year here surfing! My daughter and younger son love to swim, boogie board & lounge by the ocean! The Turtle Bay resort is very accommodating to all of my family's needs and is an excellent spot for a vacation!
