We had a very nice stay at this property. It's in a secure building and in a good location if you navigate around using public transportation.

Comfortable flat in convenient location

Gabriele's apartment is extremely well located, especially for public transport and restaurants. It is compact but has everything you need, very comfortable beds, and Gabriele himself very kindly provided wine, much needed after travelling for as long as we had. We would absolutely stay there again.

Queit and comfortable stay close to metro, restaurants, and shopping.

Of the three properties at which we stayed (anche Firenze e Venezia), this is the very best. Gabriele is molto amichevole (friendly), professional, and a very helpful host. He went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was nice. He also has a map of the metro ready and suggestions for restaurants and grocery stores. The flat has very comfortable beds, nice air conditioning, and a very nice kitchen. Grazie Gabriele!!!!

Just what we needed

Travelled with my dad, first time in Rome. This 2 bedroom appartment was exactly what we needed. Very clean and nice, modern kitchen, internet, lovely view to the (how italian! :-) ) courtyard. Very good location, close to the subway, and not too far from the center, so some days we visited Rome by foot and returned by subway. There are busses also nearby if you prefer. The host was very nice with us, always available to answer our questions and he gave us hints as to what to visit or where to buy food, tickets etc. We had a wonderful vacation, and this appartment was a very good and safe place to rest at the end of the day after visiting the beautiful Rome. Thanks Gabriele.

Super séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de commerces pour faire les courses mais aussi des transports en commun (bus et métro) qui vous conduisent directement dans la vieille ville. Il est lumineux, spatieux et bien entretenu. Vous avez même le gardien qui parle français et qui est très sympathique. Le propriétaire est de bon conseil et à votre disposition pour toute question. Si vous avez le temps, je vous conseille vivement de louer des vélos !

El apartamento estaba limpio. El propietario amable. Hay una parada de metro cerca y a tres paradas la estación de Termini. Hay un supermercado grande y muchos bares alrededor. Por la noche es un barrio tranquilo.

"L''appartement et l''immeuble sont propre. L''appartement a vue sur une cour intérieure. Cette résidence est surveillée dans la journée. Les voisins sont calmes. il y a une supérette à 100m, une boucherie et une poissonnerie en face. Pour les transports un arrêt de bus en face de la résidence aussi. A 200m place San Giovanni vous trouverez le métro et d''autres lignes de bus. Le propriétaire très sympa nous a attendu a l''appartement jusqu''a 00h15 pour notre arrivée."

"Casa molto pulita e comp...

"Casa molto pulita e completa di tutto quello che può servire per il soggiorno. Non abbiamo patito granchè il caldo grazie ai ventilatori (nonostante l''aria condizionata assente, che comunque sarebbe stato meglio avere soprattutto in un mese come Agosto) e sicuramente internet wi-fi sarebbe stato più comodo rispetto alla chiavetta. In ogni caso rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono (i prezzi sono inferiori rispetto alla media del centro e della zona) e zona molto traquilla, servita da mezzi pubblici, ristoranti e supermercati. Inoltre i proprietari sono molto disponbili."

"L''appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione ed alle fotografie sul sito. E'' situato in una zona di Roma molto tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere ( anche a piedi) tutti i luoghi turistici. Il colosseo si raggiunge in 15 minuti a piedi dall''appartamento."
