(Text automatically translated) Very nice apartment with an area of 75m ², consisting of a bright living room opening onto the terrace facing the park of the residence, a separate fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed (a bed 200x200 and a bed 150x200), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Everything is comfortably equipped for 4 adults plus a child who can sleep on the sofa bed in the living people. Possibility to rent a cot for a baby. The residence is secure, spacious and green, and has a nice pool and beach sand Agay and shops are 200m away. The apartment is rented with a garage.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und von dem großen Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht in die Natur. Die Ferienanlage hat eine ruhige Lage und ist sehr gepflegt. Der Strand und die Strandpromenade mit Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung jedem empfehlen.

Nette, zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage,Wlan, Geschirrsplüler) und liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage. Die Nutzungsregeln des Pools sind allerdings sehr streng. Keine Badeshorts, kein Picknick und kein Alkohol erlaubt. Außerdem auch keine Liegen/Schirme erlaubt. Es gibt auch Poolöffnungzeiten, die eingehalten werden müssen. Zentrale Lage:5 Minuten zum Einkaufen, Essen, Bahnhof, Hafen, Strand.

En réponse aux petits éléments soulevés : les tapis de salle de bains ne sont pas fournis, au même titre que le reste du linge de maison, tel que précisé dans le contrat de location. La baignoire est certes peu pratique pour prendre une douche, mais nous n'avons que très peu d'appartements avec douche, cette résidence ayant été conçue avec des baignoires dans tous les appartements. Enfin pour la piscine, je ne sais pas quel élément d'information a pu vous manquer, mais j'espère que vous avez pu profiter pleinement de votre séjour. Au plaisir. Magali.

Le sejour à été parfait. La piscine bien entretenue. L’équipement (poêles) très ancien est à revoir. Il faut prévoir le nécessaire pour sortir les plats du four (manquant). Environnement très agréable.

Tout s'est bien passé. Le garage est un peu serré et il faisait chaud pendant la nuit.

Il faudrait rénover ou changer quelques meubles du balcon. Mais nous avons fait un beau séjour et l'ambiance est magnifique. Le bruit des motos gène et aussi le train peut surprendre. La piscine est juste comme il faut. Merci.
