Wonderful location on the beach

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t be better and it is near local restaurants and great walks. The appointment is furnished very simply but has had everything we needed. The host has given us lots of information about the local area and places to visit.

Cap Coz hoiliday

This property is ideal for a family holiday, Great location great view, excellent hosts, fully equipped with all you need. did I mention the view it is fantastic

Maison très bien située en bord de plage.Très belle vue de l’appartement.Propriétaires très sympathiques et discrets quand ils étaient présents.Équipements de bonne qualité.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille - avec enfants en bas âges- dans cet appartement, en plein mois d'août.L’appartement est parfaitement situé pour visiter les environs. Il est très simple, mais aussi très bien pensé, confortable et efficace. Exactement ce que l'on cherche en famille. Rien ne manquait, y compris le lit parapluie et la chaise haute. Bien sûr, la vue incroyable et l’accès direct à la plage sont de remarquables atouts dont on ne se lasse pas.Nous avons un peu souffert de la chaleur caniculaire, cependant la température redescend rapidement la nuit lorsqu'on aère (mais attention au bruit côté rue au mois d'août).Enfin, je ne peux que souligner la qualité de la communication avec le propriétaire, dont les indications et attentions ont été très appréciées.Bref, un bien bel endroit où nous souhaiterions retourner.

Appartement idéal pour un séjour en famille

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Xavier et son épouse et avons passé une semaine magnifique sur la plage de Cap Coz. La situation et la plage sont idéales pour les enfants. Nous reviendrons !

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Le contact avec le propriétaire s'est très bien déroulé avant le départ. Présents en famille pendant notre séjour, ils ont été a la fois discrets et sympathiques. L'appartement est idéalement situé sur la plage du cap coze. Il est également très bien équipé : cuisine, machine a laver sechante ( en commun), sechoirs, seche cheveux, fer a repasser,lit parapluie, rehausseur, etc....L'accès direct à la plage est un + avec de jeunes enfants.
