Beautiful Villa with Private Garden and Wonderful Sea View

Ideally located on a hill overlooking the beautiful Tyrrhenian sea, very peaceful, ideal for one or two families with kids, very close to the sea (about 5 minutes by car).
The house was renovated in May 2018 in the main parts (terrace, living room, kitchen, bathrooms). It is divided into 2 levels and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower with hot water and use soaps). It can accommodate up to 8 people.
On the terrace there are table and chairs for outdoor dining and a barbecue for grilling fish, meat, vegetables, etc.

The sea and the town center can be reached in 5 minutes (about 1.5 and 2 km). The car is necessary because the house is at the top of the hill in front of the sea, but you can still walk down to the sea (20-25 minutes) or to the city center (40 minutes).

Outstanding!

Absolutely recommended! A beautiful house, quietly situated with an extraordinary sea view and a nice Garden. We - a family with three Kids - enjoyed our stay very much. Castiglione is a great place to be and a good starting point for trips through Tuscani. At least many thanks to Giuliano, a great host.

Veramente una splendida casa!

La descrizione della villa è risultata del tutto conforme alla realtà ed ha corrisposto in pieno alle nostre aspettative. Eravamo una famiglia numerosa (io e mio marito con un bambino piccolo di due anni, i miei genitori e i miei suoceri) e le esigenze di tutti sono state soddisfatte appieno. Bella, ben tenuta e spaziosa la casa, incantevole il giardino, gran bella vista. La posizione in collina offre un clima perfetto, ideale per i bambini. Il mare si raggiunge in macchina in pochi minuti, come pure il centro di Castiglione della Pescaia (borgo delizioso). I proprietari sono molto disponibili e ben lieti di fornire dritte su ristoranti, pizzerie, bagni, luoghi da visitare, ecc. Assolutamente da raccomandare.

A perfect Stay

We're with two little kids and we liked our stay very much. The house is great with beautiful sleeping rooms and a very nice living room. The view from the terrace is wonderful. We found Castiglione a charming little city with nice shops and restaurants. Giuliano and his family are perfectly nice hosts and we will come back definitely.

Exclusives Haus mit herrlichem Ausblick auf Meer

Wir sind mit 5 Erwachsenen angereist. Der Kontakt vor Anreise als auch bei Anreise waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut eingeteilt und die Küche funktionell eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und es hat nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön war die Klimaanlage, die wir jeden Tag benutzt haben. Die Terrasse war das Highlight. jeden Morgen mit diesem Ausblick beginnen ist einfach herrlich. Da nimmt man auch die steile Auffahrt gerne in Kauf. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es war ein idealer Punkt, um an den Strand zu fahren und auch abends in die Stadt zu bummeln. Auch für Ausflüge ist der Standort sehr gut. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann auch am Abend den Ausblick ungestört genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder das Haus buchen. Man kann dort seine Seele baumeln lassen. Wenn ich zurückdenke empfinde ich Glück. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.
