So muss Urlaub sein!!!

Porto Santo Stefano ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit sehr hilfsbreiten Menschen und guten Restaurants... die Wohnung von Piero ist sehr sauber und mediterran eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Unschlagbar ist der Blick von der Terrasse auf`s Meer. Piero selbst ist sehr bemüht das alles klappt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

Toller Urlaub trotz Corona

Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub trotz der Corona Beschränkungen, die wie ich fand in Italien sehr gut waren. Alles war vorbereitet, es gab sogar Desinfektionsgeel und -seife. Piero hat uns alles gezeigt und war für alle Fragen offen. Wir wurden sogar zum Einkaufsladen mit dem Motorrad geführt. Zur Wohnung haben bereits andere geschrieben, die Aussicht beantwortet alle Fragen. Das Auto ist ein muss und der Höhenunterschied zum Hafen ist zu Fuß machbar, aber sehr anstrengend. Wir sind froh gewesen diesen Urlaub gemacht zu haben, vielen Dank an Piero.

Wunderbar!

Tolle Lage, wunderschöne Wohnanlage mit Pool und Tennisplätzen. Auch eine Bar mit Restaurant ist in der Anlage. Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön und ist sehr geräumig. Super Aussicht.

Superb apartement with an amazing view

We spent 11 nights here and loved every minute! Our family with three boys has travelled a lot in Italy but this was the best experience so far. The apartement is spacious and well eqiupped, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very functional. But best of all is the big balcony with its magical view! Its like a new painting every day. We spent a lot of fantastic nights here overlooking the ocean, the islands and watching the sun set behind the mountain, truly spectacular! The pool was also great, our youngest son learned how to swim. We also enjoyed the tenniscourt, make sure to book the day before if you sant to play in the morning. Piero and his wife were so nice and friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Finally, the town is adorable! It is genuine, pittoresque and a place where italians go on holiday, therefore not too many foreign tourists. The long sandy beaches are perfect for children but there are also lovely beaches with rocks where the water is very clear. All in all we had the best vacay ever and will absolutely come back. .

Wunderbares Appartement mit herrlicher Aussicht

Die blitzsaubere Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, liebevoll eingerichtet und maritim dekoriert. Sie liegt in einer Ferienanlage mit großem Pool, Tennisplatz und Bar/Restaurant. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und bieten jede nur erdenkliche Hilfe an. Darüberhinaus steht jederzeit ein Hausmeister zur Verfügung, sollte doch mal etwas sein. Der nette Ferienort ist in einer Viertelstunde über einen steilen Weg zu erreichen. Dort finden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte zum Bummeln. Die relativ engen Fels- und Steinstrände am Monte Argentario sind nur über steile Fußwege zugänglich. Man braucht von den Parkplätzen aus zwischen zehn Minuten und einer dreiviertel Stunde um dorthin zu gelangen. Dafür findet man dort aber glasklares Wasser und wunderbare Schnorchelgelegenheiten. La Feniglia dagegen ist ein breiter Naturstrand, der auch gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet ist, da es sehr flach ins Wasser geht. Ohne Auto ist allerdings von der Wohnung aus kein Strand erreichbar.

Bellissimo e pratico

L'appartamento è persino migliore di quanto si possa vedere nelle foto, molto curato e ben tenuto, pulitissimo, fornito di tutte le comodità, wifi compreso, e con il grande valore aggiunto del POSTO AUTO (la macchina è essenziale per muoversi liberamente ed esplorare l'Argentario). La sera si puó invece dimenticare l'auto per raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi punto del paese. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e simpatici. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana superpiacevole, da rifare.

CASA AL MARE PERFETTA

Cenare sulla terrazza di questa casa con la vista mozzafiato sul mare è stato veramente un incanto. La casa ha soddisfatto tutti i requisiti che noi cerchiamo, quindi ordine, pulizia, comodità, posizione fantastica e, non ultimo, il piacere di entrare in una dimora che denota amore in ogni piccolo dettaglio di arredamento. Un grazie ai proprietari, persone accoglienti, generose e disponibilissime!

una splendida vacanza

Siamo stati proprio fortunati a trovare questo appartamento dalla vista meravigliosa. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e pulito, l'appartamento è veramente confortevole. Il residence ha una club house ben curata con un bel giardino, i giochi per i bambini e un buon ristorante. Tutto è andato benissimo. Un ringraziamento anche ai proprietari che si sono dimostrati puntuali e cortesi.

Abbiamo trascorso un'incantevole settimana

Siamo stati veramente fortunati a trovare questo appartemento dalla vista meravigliosa. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e pulito, l'appartamento è molto confortevole. La ClubHouse è a due passi con un giardino ben curato tra gli ulivi secolari, il parco giochi attrezzato per i bambini, la grande piscina e un buon ristorante. Insomma tutto perfetto per una vacanza al mare che offre anche relax e tranquillità. Abbiamo passato davvero una bella settimana. Mi sento di consigliare questo appartamento a tutti. Un grazie anche ai proprietari per la puntualità e la cortesia.
