Policies
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS: 50% of your reservation is due within 24 hours of your reservation. The total is due 45 days prior to your check in date. If you have a credit card on file it will be charged automatically unless other payment arrangements are made. Please review your reservation and make sure all the information including check in and check out dates are correct.


PAYMENT TERMS: Credit Cards, Electronic Funds or Electronic Checks are accepted. There is a $50 USD charge for all returned checks plus the cost of collection.


CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your trip, we can refund 80% of the deposit within 30 days of booking, 50% up to 45 days prior to your arrival. There are no refunds if the reservation is canceled less than 45 days prior to the arrival date. There are no cancellations during Christmas or New Years week.


RESCHEDULE: If you need to reschedule your trip, you may reschedule 45 day or more prior to your arrival date with the same property and number of nights for travel within one year of the original check-out date. Subject to a $100.00 USD rescheduling fee. Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability and price increases and the nightly rate is based on the new reservation dates.

Note: Holiday and Limited Offer reservations may not be rescheduled. Holiday reservations are subject to surcharges.
