The Sea Side Villas beachfront complex is located 1/4 mile south of Coligny Plaza at 23 South Forest Beach Drive. Villa #285 is on 2nd floor and has a view of the ocean from the balcony. The unit is close to the elevator and the pool is located nearby. From the door of the condo to the sand dunes is about 125 yards, then a 50 foot boardwalk places you on the beach. Laundry rooms are on each floor. Unit is fully furnished and linens are provided. There are 2 queen size beds and private bathrooms for each bedroom with 2 bunks for children and a queen size sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with a single serve Keurig coffee maker.
The unit has CENTRAL AIR.

Excellent Condo on the Beach

This condo was just right for the two of us, and was able to hold 2 extra adults for a couple of weeks during our booking without a strain. The property manager was very responsive.

Bare necessities

The condo was extremely cute and worked for us, but much smaller than the photos made it seem. It was extremely easy to get to and didn’t need a lot of instructions for the check in. There truly were only the bare necessities there, no hair dryer or anything like that. The living space was so small the dining table was pushed up to the wall with only two of the chairs truly easy to access. Luckily there was just my husband and I and our two small children, but it would’ve been impossible to truly sit down and have a dinner at the table with the amount of space there. Just a few minutes to the beach and close to most things on the island. However, you could tell it hadn’t been deep cleaned in awhile. The floors needed to be scrubbed and the shower had a little mold in it, but the rooms were decent. Upon check out there were very minimal instructions which only included to wash, dry, and put away all of the dishes and sweep and mop the floors? I feel like that’s something housekeeping should do, but maybe that’s why it seemed to have not been deep cleaned in a while if they are relying on the renters to do that with just a swifter included.

Why they chose this property

We love the beach at Hilton Head and have friends that also
have units in Sea Side Villas. It is a very relaxing place and there are many restaurants that are within walking distance of the unit.

What makes this property unique

Sea Side Villas is a gated complex so is very safe and secure. it is nice to be able to just go out the door and be on the beach in just a few steps. Sitting on the balcony looking at the beach is just a great way to unwind.
