unique and perfect for discovering Nice

We were a group of six young adults staying in the appartment and it was the perfect size for us. The kitchen as well as the whole appartment is well equipped and clean. The location is perfect for discovering Nice: supermarket 5 min walk away, beach 10-15 min, restaurants, bars, shops 10 min. The host was very nice and helpful. The whole appartment itself is a piece of art, detailed and delicately designed. I highly recommend to experience it yourself!

Apartment was clean, spacious and as listing states within easy walking distance of most city attractions. Decor very quirky, artistic and unique and library was truly magnificent. Shop (Lidl) just 5 minutes away and provisions left in apartment were adequate.In the advice issued few days before leaving, it stated entry can be flexible so, as we had a very early flight we asked if it was possible to enter at any time earlier than 4pm. Unfortunately, the host had a delayed response and when we landed in France they had replied advising only 4pm entry. They did, however allow us to leave bags there which we were grateful for.Also, be aware apartment is on third floor of building with no lift and much construction work going on from early morning in street which apparently will be in progress for some time, so can be a bit noisy.

Eine sehr schöne und künstlerisch ausgestattete Wohnung, direkt an de Promenade gelegen, mit gutem Anschluss zum ÖPNV sowie mit Geschäften in Fußreichweite. Die Kinder haben die schöne und originale Kinderzimmer sehr geliebt. Die Roller waren echt klasse für die Stadt. Küche und Bad sind groß, Waschmaschine und Trocknen sehr praktisch nach dem Tag am Strand. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr einfach und hilfreich. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Fenster zur Straße dichten schlecht ab und der französische Straßenverkehr ist selbst nachts sehr laut, laute Motorräder, gelegentliches Hupen. Also aus meiner Sicht schöne Wohnung für die die Stadturlaub machen wollen und nicht unbedingt Wert auf die Ruhe legen.

Ruim appartement op een mooie locatie. Alles op loopafstand: tram, bus, supermarkten en andere winkels, Place Garibaldi, La Colline, Vieux Nice, de haven, restaurants. Uitzicht op de nieuwe Coulée verte met La Tête Carrée en M.A.M.A.C. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en goed uitgerust. Hartelijke eigenaar, fijne communicatie. Zoals de foto's al doen vermoeden: verblijven in een kunstwerk.

Super séjour dans un appartement très agréable dans le quel on se sent très bien, comme chez soi. En prime, beaucoup de livre et de musique comme nous apprécions! Un lieu surprenant pour un séjour réussi

La décoration artistique, omniprésente, donne un cachet unique à l'appartement. Celui-ci n'en reste pas moins fonctionnel et agréable. Le quartier est certes un peu bruyant mais en haute saison à cinq minutes de l'"hyper centre" de Nice, cela est tout à fait logique. La situation géographique est excellente, la montée à pied jusqu'aux arènes de Cimiez est très plaisante, de même que la traversée du Vieux-Nice jusqu'à la plage. Enfin, l'hôte est d'un contact rapide et agréable, faisant en sorte d'accueillir au mieux ses locataires de passage. Je recommande cette location.

Séjour agréable

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour, nous avons passé trois agréables semaines. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la coulée verte, de la vielle ville, et pas loin de la mer. Le propriétaire est super gentil est disponible, il a été très à l'écoute pendant tout notre séjour. A notre arrivé, nous avons trouvé de l'eau au frais et une bonne bouteille de vin au frigo, c'était sympa. La cuisine est bien équipée, et dans l'appart on trouve tout ce qu'il faut, y compris des trottinettes pour enfants, des parasols et matelas pour la plage. On aurait en revanche apprécie un pair de drap supplémentaire pour changer le linge. Seule note négative: nous n'avons pas bien reposé la nuit. Les lits en mezzanine sont sympa pour des enfants mais moins pratiques pour deux adultes, et il y fait chaud d'été. Nous avons été obligés de déplacer le matelas par terre, du coup pas vraiment bien reposé la nuit. Cela aussi à cause du bruit, venant à la fois de la rue et de la copropriété qui est bien convivial mais aussi très bruyante. Mais à part cela, nous sommes satisfaits de notre choix.

Je suis vraiment désolé d'apprendre que votre sommeil ait pu être perturbé. Je tiens néanmoins à noter que les bruits provenant de la circulation et du voisinage sont inhérents à la localisation en coeur de ville qui - comme vous le notez - comporte des avantages et des inconvénients. Il me semble important de préciser que ce problème peut être résolu en fermant les fenêtres dont le double vitrage a d'excellentes propriétés acoustiques.
