This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

The stay at this property is everything we hoped for!! The location was super close to the village and the walking/bike path. The layout of the house was very spacious and convenient with plenty of room for the 9 of us. We especially liked the counter and cupboard space in the huge kitchen.

We really enjoyed our time at this house. There was plenty of room for our 2 large families. The kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint was how dark the house was at night. It would be nice to have brighter lights.

Our Family reunion

My children and grandchildren joined us from Washington and Texas. We had a wonderful time. The house is located within walking distance of the swim center, SHARC, and the village. A great set up for all the kids. It was hot, but we opened the doors and windows at night and then it remained cool during the day. A wonderful vacation. Thanks.

Satisfying

Great location. Amenities were an added bonus, much appreciated. The front door handle is wearing out a lot and can be difficult to open. A bit disappointed that there wasn’t recycling. All in all, the house was exactly what I expected and did not disappoint.

If you have kids..Not the house for it. We have stayed at many other sunriver homes that were stacked with FREE kids bikes LOTS of board games movies etc. The house was NICE. My stay not so pleasant.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 families - each with 2 kids and this provided more than enough space for us. I loved all of the beds that were available. I really liked all of the seating and all the little seating areas that allowed you to still be a part of the group (in the living room) yet still provide a separate area to play a game or read. It was also really close to The Village. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Large home

The home was large enough for the 9 of us and could have fit more easily. The house needs some upgrades though. Most of the outlets were so loose in the bedrooms that we could not plug a lot of things in. There was only bar soap provided so make sure to bring your own shower products. The house sleeps so many people but there needs to be more seating in the living room. The fireplace was amazing to have however all the wood provided was wet and not kept undercover and there was zero kindling to start it. Luckily we live in Bend and were able to bring our own for the snowy weekend. Overall this house was ok and we had a great friend weekend but for the price it was lacking in a lot of areas.

Perfect location, lots of bedrooms

Easy walks to the SHARC center (but no passes), great proximity to The Village. Lots of bedrooms for large families. Since there is no air conditioning the house was very hot in the afternoons and early evening. No air flow on the first floor. Lots of fans provided but didn’t bring down the heat. The deck is in the sun all afternoon and very small for a good number of people. Bathroom tubs could use some grout cleanup. Lots of bikes provided.

Good family stay

We had a great time, very close location to the sharc and the village, about .30 of a mile to both. We enjoyed our stay, we were able to grill outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and cook inside and had great kitchen space. Great bedroom set ups and common space. We did run out of dish soap the second day of our stay and trash bags. I had to go multiple times to pick up supplies from their office, so that wasn’t great and didn’t feel well supplied. No laundry soap or shampoo or conditioner supplied for the stay. Hot tub may have needed more or less chlorine. Fun games and well stocked kitchen. The management company was great in communication.
