The large and bright apartment is on the second floor of a quiet, newly renovated unit. It is composed of an entrance hall, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large double bedrooms and 1 with a queen-size bed. . Bathroom with large shower cubicle. Possibility to use a comfortable outdoor terrace where you can relax after the typical walks and where you can enjoy an exclusive view of the Venetian rooftops.
It is equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioner, oven, kettle, hairdryer, iron, towels and sheets. The air conditioning has a large split in the entrance, more than enough to air-condition the entire apartment, there are additional fans in the rooms.
The apartment is located in Via Garibaldi, which is well served by trattorias, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets and all kinds of shops, banks, post offices and pharmacies. There are also typical taverns and bars where you can enjoy tasty "cicchetti", tramezzini and spritz.

Lovely Stay

The location of the apartment was perfect for us. It was on a quiet street close to great restaurants, coffee and transportation. It was a short walk to St. Marks square. The apartment was very clean and the private roof deck was lovely for a night cap. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.

Very nice flat very close to Giardini and Arsenale - so perfect for Biennale visitors. The only slightly suboptimal thing was that one of the sleeping rooms has no door to the living area and is a walk through room for the next sleeping room. As this was the kids room (smallest bed), they could effectively not sleep before everyone in the living room also went to bed. But effectively we did not mind much. Communication was perfect!

Charming stay

We stayed at House Renier-Biennial for 2 nights with my family of 3. There was plenty of room with enough beds for 6 plus a couch. The kitchen is stocked with enough to make meals, there is a washer (no dryer, line dry clothes) and a bathroom with a standup shower with good water pressure. It is a walk up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. Has a nice view of the street and can sometimes be busy as night so bring earplugs if you are sleeping in the front room. Internet is included. Beds are very firm. Ludovica was wonderful and met with us to show us around and explain the history of the building. Walking distance to St. Marks square. A great experience and would recommend this place to stay.

Very cute and clean place

The place is exactly how the pictures depict it. There are two flights of stairs to go to the unit. It was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults to stay. The hosts are very nice, picked us up from the boat station and we walked to the place. It is in a very nice street with lots of restaurants. The street is quiet and not crowded. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to St. Marks square. We loved the place and the area! Would definitely recommend!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Für die nächste Reise nach Venedig steht diese Unterkunft wieder auf unserer Wunschliste. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Venedig zu empfehlen , Bäcker , Metzger , Obst & Fischverkauf , Supermarkt , Bar , Restaurant alles in der Strasse vorhanden . Terrasse und Balkon machen die Wohnung perfekt wenn man " zu Hause" bleiben möchte .Sehr saubere Wohnung und unglaublich nette und freundliche Vermieter.

Great location, family apartment

Location is what really stood out for us. It’s just a short walk away from the busy Venice’s streets and we so appreciated the quietness it provided at the end of a long day. The rooftop patio is great for unwinding before dinner with a glass of wine. Beds were comfy and apartment was clean.

Beautiful property, ideally located

We spent a wonderful few days at this property. We were met at the waterbus stop, walked to the apartment and given very useful information en route. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from St Mark's Square but there is so much to see in the near vicinity, including the naval museum and gardens nearby. There are many good quality restaurants on the doorstep and the sunset views were fabulous every night. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, enough room for four of us (our 2 teenage boys got their own space) and everything we needed was there. There's a local supermarket close by for basic provisions and you really feel part of the Venice scene without being overwhelmed by the crowds. A lovely place to come back to after sightseeing. We spent every evening just sitting by the water and watching the different vessels sailing by including a pirate ship....very relaxing. We booked this on the strength of other reviews and were not disappointed. Great communication with the hosts throughout. Thank you.

Fantastisk lägenhet, fanstastiskt läge. Allt perfekt!

Vi bodde två familjer i denna rymliga lägenhet. Lägenheten ligger i ett mysigt och lugnt område men ändå med gångavstånd till SAN Marco och alla turistgator. Takterassen med utsikt över takåsarna och balkongen med utsikt över kanalen var fantastiska. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Great Apartment in Quiet Area

Apartment is a quiet area of Venice, about a 15 minute walk to Saint Mark's Basilica. Perfect location if your group wants to walk through the crowded streets of Venice by day and relax in the quiet in the evening. It is a relatively large apartment with 3 bedrooms, living room and separate entry/landing area. Note, the way to the 3rd bedroom is through the 2nd bedroom. Good kitchen and a small grocery story only a couple of buildings over. Apartment has step-out balcony to overlook Via Garibaldi from the living room in addition to the roof-top terrace. Ludovica met us where we were dropped off and showed us around the apartment to ensure we knew everything needed. She was also responsive to questions before and during our stay. Would recommend to people wanting to stay in this area of Venice.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung (gepflegt und geräumig) im noch von Venezianern bewohnten Stadtteil Castello. Das hat sehr viel Charme. Alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Nette Restaurants und vieles mehr. In der Vorsaison abseits der touristischen Hauptströme hatten wir (3 Mädels) eine tolle Woche. Dank der VenedigCard war auch das Anstehen an den "Brennpunkten" kein Problem. Nach 12 Jahren hat sich die Stadt verändert aber es war wieder sehr schön

We we’re warmly greeted by Consuelo and her daughter at the boat bus station. They walked us to the house and checked us in, providing careful instruction on the keys and pointing out places in the neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 women, with 4 separate beds. If this place is available, don’t hesitate to book it! It’s a true gem...

Would have liked a coffee pot other than espresso, and a microwave. Both Consuelo and Ludovica were most accommodating. Venice was enchanting. We would have liked to stayed a few days longer.

Beautiful apartment away from the crowds

The chaotic crowds of Venice disappear in this beautiful apartment on the canal. Fresh vegetables are sold on a boat outside your window and the rooftop terrace is a wonderful spot for a glass of wine. It was clean, easy to get to and perfect for 6 adults. The owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this apartment. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. And the free bottle of wine was a nice gift.

Great location away from the crowds

This is a modern apartment in a great location away from the large crowds. You are steps away from a number of very good restaurants. We especially enjoyed a couple meals at Sottoprova. The roof top terrace was a great place to enjoy a glass a wine after a long day of walking the streets of Venice. The complimentary bottle of wine from the owner was a nice touch. Fortunately the warm weather subsided early in our stay as the bedrooms do not have an air conditioner. The air conditioner in the main entry does a pretty good job cooling the apartment, but the back bedroom can get warm. The fans in each room did help some. We were also surprised that we had to supply our own toilet paper. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Venice and would stay here again.

Loved the space and the location!

A lovely space, perfect for our family for a few days. Loved the location - a walk to sites, but to us perfect in that it was away from the huge crowds. We could tour the area, and come back to relax and listen to bustle outside. Loved that there were plenty of restaurants close by as well! Definitely would recommend and return should we visit Venice again.

It was a beautiful apartment - very clean and well furnished. Good restaurants close and off the beaten path but close to vaporetto stops. Lovely park across the street where you can also catch the vaporetto to Murano and the glass factory. Ludovica arranged water taxi for us - close to the apartment. This place is wonderful!!!
