The dining room with TV and the fully equipped kitchen with appliances (combi fridge, oven and hob, small dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle and the necessary kitchen utensils, as well as crockery) are on the upper floor with access to several terraces, one of them with access to the pool where the barbecue is located and the other with access to a solarium.



Outside, you can enjoy a private 9x5 metre pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing.



The location is unbeatable, just 2.3 km from the sandy beach of El Arenal and 300 metres from the rocky beach of Caleta de Fora and Cala Blanca. In addition, you have a supermarket 450 metres away and a bus stop 130 metres away. Less than 100 metres away in Toscamar there are 2 tennis courts for rent and a diving school.

Lovely villa in a quiet area close to supermarkets and a lovely bar/restaurant Cha Cha's. Close to Arenal main promenade and javea port & old town. Villa itself has amazing pool, regularly cleaned, good accommodation with air con. Only downside is upstairs living areas are very hot and would benefit from air con. Otherwise lovely place area and amenities.

Overall experience was good. The property offers plenty of space to relax, and the pool area was fantastic! However, the property could benefit from some TLC, particularly in the kitchen. We found plants growing through the kitchen window, which couldn’t be closed, turning it into a bit of a mosquito hotspot.The upstairs area did get quite warm, so air conditioning would be a welcome addition. On the plus side, the sleeping areas were great, quiet and cool, with air conditioning in every room. Each of the three bedrooms also had its own en-suite bathroom.Overall, we would definitely recommend this villa. There’s a bus service into Javea every hour from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM, and the fare is just 1.65 per journey, other option is walk but this takes about 30minutes. Host was very helpful form start to finish.

Beautiful house but inside is old / No A.C

The house is beautiful and backyard is stunning. The interior of the house is very very outdated, old couches, old kitchen and no A.C I spent my whole life going to Javea and summer and in summer ia way too hot. The handles of the doors kept falling so we barely were able to use the bottom door which was very uncomfortable, you get home from the beach with kids and baby and had to go upstairs to open Bathrooms are old but work ok. Kitchen is very old and appliances very outdated… specially for this price point… they didn’t even upgrade Microwave Location is great, you can walk to Cala Blanca, a rocky area just 4 min away Boardwalk and Javea beat places are also very close.

belle location

la climatisation en bas pour dormir, le jardin avec la piscine est splendide, les différentes terrasses, la vue tout en haut Le lit dans la chambre parentale est vraiment petit (120) et peu confortable. et la climatisation à l etage serait indispensable.

Une maison à fort potentiel mais qui n a pas évolué depuis sa creation

On a eu chaud car pas de climatisation et nous revenons couverts de piqures de moustiques que ce soit dans le jardin ou la maison.sans oublier le chien d un voisin qui nous a pourri nos nuits...quel dommage car cette maison a vraiment un emplacement ideal et un joli cachet.helas, il y a beaucoup d entretien à faire pour la rendre agreable

Mauvaise experience et mauvaise information sur le bien !

Tout d’abord, il est clair que je n’aurai jamais loué cette maison si vous m’aviez informé qu’il y avait une grue de BTP et des travaux bruyant au pied de la maison ! Réveillé tous les jours à 8 heure du matin par des travaux de marteau piqueur ! C’est inadmissible ! Par ailleurs, 70 % de l’éclairage ne fonctionnai t pas ! Un frigo qui ne refroidissait rien ; nous avons du jeter la nourriture deux fois ! Le loueur c’est déplacé pour nous dire que si la température demandée du frigo était trop basse , il se mettais en sécurité ! Donc oubliez les glaçons … Pas de clim, pas de ventilateur dans le salon . Maison dans son jus et électroménager à oublier ! Pas assez de vaisselle et un lave vaisselle digne d’un studio d’étudiant. Je peux bien sûr , vous faire parvenir les vidéos des travaux, du bruit, …. Seul point positif : l’emplacement de la piscine, le côté joliment arboré … Des Vacances gâchées ! J’espère qu’abritel sera le Contacter à ce sujet !
