Apres Beach Villa, formerly Villa Tesori, has been totally reimagined in the most beautiful way. This stunning home now boasts a touch of modern coastal enhancing the already timeless traditional villa. With fresh furniture, linens and a unique dash of sand and sea, you will be eager to explore each differing room. New art, light fixtures and accents bring the coastal feel of St. John into this charming home-away-from-home.

Apres Sea is situated on approximately .78 acres, boasts over 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space and 4,894 square feet under roof. Located in Rendezvous/Ditliff, gorgeous views of the ocean, Hart Bay, Monte Bay, Klein Bay, Fish Bay, Reef Bay and the island of St. Croix are enjoyed throughout the residence as well as all day sun. This beauty now offers 5 bedrooms 5 ½ baths, and is fully air-conditioned, and totally screened with an automatic generator equipped with transfer switch, so no power outages here!

The Master Suite is an oasis, with canopy bed, designer accents and cool blue linens. The adjacent private sun deck is a wonderful retreat, for private sunning or curling up with a good book.

The additional 3 king guest suites all have gorgeous ensuite baths, glorious sea views from private decks, and a fresh casual ambiance. All four king suites are in the main house with full interior access, making this an ideal home for multiple couples and families with small children.
An impressive revamp includes a remodel of the 5th bedroom ‘apartment’, which is now bunk set up of two sets of twin over queens, ready to accommodate a couple with kids or all the youngsters of the group and easily accommodates 6.
The indoor living space is lux and inviting, and the huge cook’s kitchen is bright and has creative tile accents. The adjacent bar area is a perfect place to whip up a cool refreshment and keep your wine at the perfect temperature. Large indoor and outdoor dining areas offer options for dining with ocean breezes or inside from the elements.
In addition, the outdoor bar and grill area received a major upgrade with a full beverage cooler, large grill and ice maker
The pool, hot tub and lounging decks are spectacular, with high end furnishings and view that go on forever.

There are new Roku Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room, with high speed internet for all of your streaming needs. An exterior sound system featuring Sonos will also be installed for your outdoor enjoyment.
This home was always wonderful, but with the new amenities and upgrades, Apres Sea is a Vacationers Dream!

Magnificent in Every Way

We have stayed in numerous villas over 20 + years of vacationing in St. John & I can honestly say that Villa Tesori is the absolute total package -- from the view to the location, the quality and beauty of the home, as well as the thoughtful details put into the villa, there is nothing this owner has neglected. The villa is situated to take advantage of the incredible views & the constant cooling breeze -- a fact very much appreciated during one of St. John's notorious June heat waves !! Our favorite part was the terrace & pool area & if you will take time to read the owners' blog, believe them when they say that you should consider spending a day or 2 at the villa and enjoy all it has to offer. We did this on more than one occasion, enjoying the fantastic pool & bar area to cooking most all of our dinners in the fabulous kitchen or outdoor grill area & dining alfresco most nights -- truly an exceptional experience ! The time we spent together as a family was priceless --- the fact that we had a generator when the power went out for hours was equally as treasured !!! We never missed a beat although all over the island , people were talking about the big outage on both St. Thomas & St. John !! Again, the owners' attention to detail was highly appreciated ! We did have an issue with a bothersome & smelly septic system glitch although the mgmt company did eventually get someone out to pump the tank on the day that we were departing & the new guests arriving -- her explanation was to blame us & say that we overused the system however the odor was present upon arrival & we did mention it to the maintenance man as we were moving in & also notified mgmt numerous times in our stay -- at one point, one of the bedrooms was unusable because of the smell but the sofas are wide & welcoming and the couple were fine with sleeping in the great room. BUT even with this singular hiccup, the positives of the staff & villa far outweigh the one negative item & I would not hesitate to stay (or recommend) in this property again if I'm so fortunate to have the opportunity in the future. Trust me, if you're looking for a memorable vacation in a fantastic villa with exceptional finishes & views, your search is over !! Villa Tesori is amazing & over the top when compared to other similarly priced properties on the island ---

House was as advertised, property manager was responsive and made it an easy trip. Good location with privacy but plenty close to Cruz Bay and North Shore Beaches.

Lifechanging and........ Tequila Nights

The pictures do not do Villa Tesori justice. It is far more beautiful and expansive than pictures can show. My husband and I have high expectations in properties and we could not find one thing that was not to our liking. Our concierge was easy to connect with and very prompt in answering our questions especially when we locked our possessions in the safe without a code. Starfish market delivered and set up all our grocery and alcohol order in the villa before we arrived. This is truly heaven on earth!!!!! The property is spotless and perfect for family vacations. The bar area and the impressive Margaritaville mixer made to best pina coladas!! This place is fantastic for parties and we often had our meals in the villa. Chef Shiabu's is excellent and prepared local dishes and the best gnocchi on the planet. Go to the fisherman and pick out seafood as we ate impressive lobsters. The pool has floats and the hot-tub was fav late night spot. The primary bedroom had the most comfortable high end linens and best sleep ever. The beaches were beautiful, some of the best in world, Trunk bay super strong bushwhackers and Pina coladas with floaters. It was my birthday and they gave us all free shots. Morgan's Mango was delightful and high-end service with great dishes to match. Rent a catamaran for the day as this takes you to so many great snorkeling spots such as Maho Bay to swim with giant turtles and stingrays. Be willing to go with the flow and improvise with cooking as we are spoiled in the states with a variety of choices. Bring your grocery bad or box as you have to buy bags. Think you need 5 bottles of alcohol ....Nope you will go through so much more than expected. Especially just by enjoying the property. Go the Windmill bar to watch the sunset. Gorge!! Bring reef safe sunscreen and lotion types as they work better in protecting skin in the sun than sprays. No need to watch tv as you can just watch the clouds go buy and see the ocean from every room. You can even see St. Croix from property. This villa was so well thought out and you will gasp at the beauty when walking from your car at the top of the steps down to property. I can not convey just how amazing it was to stay a Villa Tesori. Such a blessing thank you for creating and allowing us to stay.

Family Retreat

We loved everything about the Villa. Amazing views of Rendezvous Bay. We used the large pool and hot tub each day. We started most mornings with coffee and breakfast on the covered veranda which also served as a great hangout in the evening. We made four diners in the Villa and one in our party did some baking and the Villa had all of the utensils we needed. The beds were large and slept well. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

Perfect except communication

First day we arrived we noticed we couldn’t lock the front door. Call left message, nothing, called again and told them the situation… they said okay…. But that’s about it, nobody showed up for the 7 days we were there…. The day leaving they showed up at departure time…. I didn’t even mention it because it was pointless.

Wonderful Christmas Time Stay at Villa Tesori

This was our fourth stay in St. John but first time staying at Villa Tesori, and it definitely was one of our best experiences with a villa. The location of the villa is extremely convenient to Cruz Bay, the beaches, and other key spots on the island. The house itself is very comfortable, outfitted with everything that you need to have a great stay. We appreciated that it had snorkel equipment, rafts, chairs, beach towels, etc. The view at Villa Tesori is really second to none. It was spectacular. The layout of the villa was perfect for our family of four and two sets of extended family (aunts and cousins).

This house has everything

This was our second time at Villa Tesori (we stayed there back in May 2010), and it was improved from last time. We had 5 couples for 6 nights at, and it is the perfect place. The location and views are spectacular, and the house has everything - 10 beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, beautiful rooms/bathrooms, a sound system, etc. Everything you could think of is there to use. I don't want to recommend it too much, as I want it to be available the next time we go to St John!

WONDERFUL FAMILY HOLIDAY

Villa Tesori exceeded our expectations for a wonderful family holiday. From our grandson's gasp of delight in first seeing the view to Rendezvous Bay at the top of the stairs leading to the Villa to our farewell to that same vista, we loved it! We rented the Villa to share with our two daughters' families--an extended family holiday to celebrate the year of our 50th wedding anniversary. Photos of the Villa match reality--it is as beautiful as it looks. Our 4 grandchildren ages 13-10 spent hours in the pool. The veranda provided the perfect place for group games. All ten of us enjoyed meals around the long dining table or at the pool deck table. About half of our meals were easily prepared in the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Happily, the Villa had snorkeling equipment to outfit the entire family for trips to the beaches--about a 20 minute drive from the Villa; we especially enjoyed Trunk Bay, Maho Bay, and Waterlemon Cay--many fish, coral, turtles, and rays. First time visitors to St. John need to know that a car will be necessary to enjoy this island. We enjoyed lovely dinners at Morgan's Mango, Ocean Grill, and The Terrace all in Cruz Bay and all happy to accommodate a group of 10. Happily the property manager had left a welcome basket of crackers and cheese--a most welcome treat after traveling from the snowy north country all day.
