Located in downtown Ketchum, this 2005 condo is next door to movie theaters and within a block of some of Ketchum's most well-known restaurants. It is easy walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, coffee shops and the core of downtown. With 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two living areas, an upstairs downstairs and a parking garage it is a beautiful, peaceful space in which to spend snowy days and nights or use as a starting point for summer adventures. One mile to River Run Day Lodge at the bottom of Baldy and less than that if walking, the condo is ideally located for easy access to bike trails, cross country skiing, alpine skiing, and hiking.

It wasn't until we moved to Sun Valley, ID that I found a place where I could be totally surrounded by the majestic beauty of nature and truly absorb the power of this natural setting. My three children grew up in this special valley; and now that they have moved on with their lives, we have an opportunity to share our space with others.
