Relax and unwind amidst glorious countryside in a beautiful rural environment. Along a quiet country lane, yet easily accessible by road or rail, ideal central Kent location for London from about an hour.

We offer a retreat style, back to nature, countryside experience. If you're looking for somewhere to enjoy the great outdoors, family fun, bbq s walks and cycle rides fresh air and wildlife, quiet nights, a place to return to and relax after a day or night out , this would suit you well, and then at the end of the day drift off under a canopy of stars…..

Choose from one couples or family tent in your own space with dedicated facilities, toilets showers kitchen, BBQ , OR Book the entire site for your family get together, sole use on request from 16 guests and upwards.

Glamping includes our gorgeous 5metre natural and waterproof cotton bell tents, air mattresses, (these tents have a limited number of standard bed mattresses on request on booking if necessary) bedding, lovely warm duvets or sleeping bags, towels and hot showers, benches , BBQ s incl gas, fire pit with some fire logs ( ST Weather) , utensils, cutlery and crockery.

Cook up a feast on our BBQ s, have a local meal delivered or walk to the local pub and restaurant, then enjoy a mug of hot chocolate or wine by the campfires in the evenings.

Use us as a base for days out to the many local attractions and activities.

Please note that whilst this is a great place for a family or group get together it is a quiet site offered for holidays or retreats and not as a music or party venue. Usual campsite rules. We expect our guests to behave with respect to each other, ourselves and neighbours, no pets, no fireworks, no smoking inside.

We are a family venue not a drinking and dancing party place, no music or poor behaviour that often goes with excess drinking.

Any entertainment needs to be agreed before booking. All quiet by 11pm, generally in the countryside without any competition noise travels at night.

fantastic weekend in a perfect location away from it all!

We had a large group of 16, adults and kids and had the most amazing weekend away, everything we needed was provided on site as well as having so much space around us to enjoy for the whole weekend, we didn't need to go any where which is exactly what we wanted, the weather was amazing which made a huge difference when you are staying in the great outdoors. The owner was fantastic and met us to check in and answer any questions we had right from the start, I would highly recommend for families and groups alike.

Great campsite in beautiful countryside

I organised a surprise camping weekend for my husbands 30th birthday here. Tony was very helpful and patient in the lead up and was great when we were there! The camp had everything we needed, a fire pit, shelter, plugs(!), hot showers, washing up facilities. There are some lovely pubs within walking distance. I am already planning a return trip, would definitely recommend!

Beautiful meadow - perfect for a peaceful getaway

We had a fabulous birthday weekend in this beautiful field with a mix of people choosing to camp or glamp as suited. Just the right facilities on hand to make it easy and enjoyable while keeping the camping vibe! Tony was super helpful with all arrangements beforehand and during the weekend if needed. We had a brilliant time. Many thanks Tony.
