This magnificent country house has all the comforts and is decorated to the smallest detail to enjoy an unforgettable stay. Inside, there is a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom with bathroom, two bedrooms with two beds each and a bathroom. Outside, it has a large garden with a nice fully equipped barbecue area where you can enjoy outdoor meals. You can also enjoy a splendid pool surrounded by palm trees.
The natural environment has a great botanical and ecological interest, predominantly pine and juniper pine, although there are many other plant and animal species. The farm, which respects the native flora, has an area of 5,000 m2. At the rear of the house there is a parking area.
The house is distributed in 2 double rooms, 1 double room, 1 extra bed, 2 full bathrooms, 1 kitchenette, 130 m2 total. The house is fully equipped with fireplace, air conditioning, TV, cable / satellite TV, Internet / Wi-Fi, heating, fan, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, coffee maker.
In the outdoor area there is an individual pool, barbecue, terrace, garden furniture, parking, individual garden of 2000 m2, 30 m2 terrace.
It is located in the Pinar de Roche, just 1,500 m (5 minutes by car) from the beaches, coves, cliffs, fishing port, and 4 km from Conil. The house is located 5 minutes walk from a supermarket, a pizzeria and a restaurant.

Great vacation home with stunning garden & pool

We enjoyed our stay in this vacation house - it has a large pool which looks fantastic. The BBQ area was our everyday place in the evening. Recommended!

Wunderschöner und entspannter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft. Das Haus war insgesamt sauber aber die Küche hätte mal eine Grundreinigung nötig. Es gab Probleme mit dem Pool, die aber am Ende beseitigt wurden. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Une maison très agréable à vivre

Nous avons apprécié la maison et son magnifique jardin avec piscine. tres bien située à 5mn du centre de Conil et de toutes les commodités restaurants et plage et avons ou visiter les villes de Vejer (20mn)et Cadiz(40mn). Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps !

Mooie huisje

Wij zijn in februari naar dit huisje geweest hadden goed weer! hebben elke dag de mooie bbq gril in het bijgebouw aangehad! mooie tropische tuin en lekker de ruimte en veel privacy grote eigen overdekte parkeerplaats. Het huisje ligt aan het einde van een bungalow/villa wijk Alles is binnen 5 a 10 minuten rijden grote supermarkten tankstations strand! Voor gezin met kleine kinderen is het misschien leuk dat er schommel of glijbaan zou zijn maar in de zomer mis je deze mischien ook niet omdat je dan elke dag in zwembad kan liggen!

Un séjour parfait.

Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve à Conil de la Frontera. La villa est très confortable et très bien entretenue. Le jardin et la piscine sont sans vis-à-vis. La wifi est de très bonne qualité. Dani, qui était notre contact, est très sympathique et disponible en cas de nécessité. Si l'on dispose d'une voiture, les possibilités de visites et d'activités dans la région sont infinies. Une expérience à rééditer!

Schönes Haus mit großem, schönen Garten und tollem Pool in ruhiger Lage

Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit allerlei Antiquitäten, Kochutensilien ausreichend vorhanden, leider "Verbrauchsmaterialien" wie Salz, Gewürze usw. nicht vorhanden bei Ankunft, musste komplett neu angeschafft werden. Die Schlafzimmer sind recht ruhig, die beiden Bäder funktionierten einwandfrei. Handtücher waren sehr knapp und mussten nachgeordert werden, was aber sehr kurzfristig erledigt wurde. Die Sauberkeit war leider nur mittelmäßig, sehr viele Tierhaare, auch in den Betten und vor allen Dingen auf Teppichen und in den Ecken. Der Garten ist ein Traum, ebenso der große Pool, der leider nur unzureichend gereinigt wurde; wir haben es dann selbst in die Hand genommen... Ebenso traumhaft das Nebengebäude, in dem der perfekte Grill untergebracht ist, ebenso eine gemütliche Essgruppe sowie eine Art Bartresen. Was aus keiner Beschreibung hervorgeht ist, dass das Toilettenpapier nicht in die Toiletten geworfen werden darf (offenbar Verstopfungsgefahr durch nicht so tolle Infrastruktur). Dieser Umstand war uns bei einem spanischen Ferienhaus neu und hat uns ein wenig unangenehm überrascht und sollte unseres Erachtens vorher bekannt sein. Also insegesamt ein empfehlenswertes Haus mit vielen Vorzügen und ein paar (zu verschmerzenden) Lowlights.

Grosszügiges Haus mit sensationeller Garten und Pool

Wir waren mit drei Pärchen im Mai 2018 in dem Haus und haben uns ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt! Das Haus ist für sechs Personen perfekt, und besonders der Garten inkl. Pool waren der Hammer! Wir waren im Mai 2018 mit drei Pärchen in dem Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - samt Wasch- und Geschirrspülmaschine. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind relativ klein mit jeweils zwei auseinanderstehenden Betten, die wir zusammen geschoben haben. Die Göße der Zimmer hat uns nicht gestört, da wir nur zum Schlafen dort waren. Das dritte Schlafzimmer (Master-bedroom) ist größer und hat ein eigenes ensuite-Badezimmer. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Bad. Wußten wir vorher, hat uns nicht gestört. Was uns am meisten beeindruckt und überzeugt hat, waren der Garten und die Lage: Zwar gibt es auf dem (durch ein Tor gesicherten) Gelände vier weitere Häuser. Doch diese sind so weit entfernt, daß man fast von einer Alleinlage sprechen kann. Dazu der sehr große und sehr gepflegte Garten mit dem tollen Pool - wir waren begeistert. Direkt neben dem Wohnhaus gibt es ein weiteres kleineres "Gartenhaus", in dem der große uns sehr moderne Grill untergebracht ist. Hier gibt es (neben einem zweiten großen Kühlschrank) einen überdachten Eßtisch für bis zu acht Personnen. Auf der Terrasse des Wohnhauses gibt es einen weiteren Eßtisch und eine Sofa-Ecke. Wenn man an dem Haus etwas bemängeln möchte, dann vielleicht, daß es im Inneren ziemlich dunkel ist. Im Hochsommer (bei bis zu 40 Grad) aber sicherlich ein großer Vorteil. Und wir hätten uns ein paar mehr Decken und Auflagen für die Außenbestuhlungen gewünscht - aber das waren für uns wahrlich nur Kleinigkeiten. Wir machen seit Jahren unsere "Pärchen-Urlaube", aber dieses Anwesen hat uns - auch im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - so gut gefallen, daß wir möglicherweise schon nächstes Jahr wieder kommen wollen...?! Also absolut empfehlenswert - wobei wir uns damit schwer tun, weil es fast so etwas wie ein Geheimtipp sein könnte...
