We had a great week at Steve’s place. He’s a wonderful host. Always available, great communication, and helped us with all of our questions in a timely manner. His place is as described. Beds are comfortable, view is incredible, and the house is tranquil and quiet. I would highly recommend!

The property location was absolutely wonderful. The property was also very nice with lots of amenities! If you enjoy walking, the beach is directly below, there are also restaurants nearby! The host was very helpful and friendly!

Beachfront fun

This property was clean and modern with beautiful views from the living room patio. The beach is less crowded and private, located steps down from the property. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Overall great place but very disappointed that there was construction going on the entire time we were there. Just picked a bad week I guess. The pools on the bluff were great and the location from the condo was perfect. In the patio closet there is beach stuff like chairs. The only other downside was that the complex outdoor hallway light shines directly into the unit through the frosted front door.

Beautiful Sunset views

You can hear the crashing waves from the living room and enjoy the views and sunset. Very nicely furnished, clean, well cared for and comfortable. We will definitely rent again.

Ocean breeze

This ocean front condo was a perfect escape from the Arizona heat. Very comfortable and clean. Take a short stroll down the stairs to beach or sit on patio and watch the dolphins. Loved it.

Lovely location!

Steve was super responsive, and the property was lovely. The view was just as pretty and dramatic as the photos looked. Beds were comfy, and maintenance to fix beeping fire alarm was very fast. Loved having the full kitchen; plenty of dishes. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect escape

My husband and I needed an escape from the CA desert and this property exceeded our expectations. The view is spectacular, the location could not be better and the unit itself was modern, updated, clean and provided everything one could possibly need while staying there. We hope to return again soon!!

Great location!

The location is probably one of the best in all of Del Mar Beach Club! Beautiful view of the ocean and only a few steps to the stairs down to the beach! The parking spot was close to the door and there were no stairs to climb with luggage. Everything was as expected and Steve was very quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again!
