Clean, well stocked house. Within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and shops. I was a bit confused about the bathrooms (one is in the basement) and size of beds, but otherwise it exceeded the description.

So glad you enjoyed your stay and we will review the bed configuration to see if we can improve the description. There are five bedrooms in this three bedroom home. First Floor - one bedroom with one queen bed Second floor - three bedrooms; one queen bedroom, one bunk room with two twin beds and one full bed, plus a third bedroom with a trundle bed converting to two twin beds Third Floor - one bedroom with two twin beds plus a third trundle twin pullout from under one of the twin beds. Concerning the bathrooms, there are three bathrooms in the home. First floor Primary Bedroom with one full queen and ensuite bath with walk-in shower, toilet and sink Second floor full hallway bath with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Three floor bedroom with walk-in shower and toilet and ensuite sink. Plus, an additional outdoor shower with hot and cold water service. Three total baths but no bathroom in the basement. Sorry for any confusion. We hope you come visit again!

We loved our stay at the house. It was close to everything. We walked to the boardwalk and beach every day and to restaurants at night. The house was nice decorated and newly updated. We would stay here again.

The house was perfect for us! We had 6 adults and 2 children, ages 6 and 3. The 6 year old got the top room and didn't want to leave! His own TV, bathroom and fridge! The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to create meals. The host was responsive, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!!

This was a great place to spread out with family and dogs. It smelled fresh and clean. Location was a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk while far enough away to not be right on top of the action. Great spot!

We had a fantastic long weekend getaway at this charming house in Rehoboth Beach! The home was clean, cozy, and incredibly convenient to everything — just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants.The layout made good use of the space, and it was comfortable enough for our group. Kids, adults, and even our dog all had a great time enjoying the location and relaxing together.We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our October escape and would definitely return. Perfect Holiday Getaway

Charming and cozy house within easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. Pet friendly an extra bonus. We have come as a big family group for the last three years in December and have absolutely loved our stay. Owner is so nice and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property!

Great house with all the amenities!

Our family really loved this house, with an easy walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shopping! Everything was so well taken care of and all the up-to-date appliances worked perfectly. Best beach vacation house we ever stayed in!
