We loved this apartment. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Location couldn’t be better and the view was beautiful. Loved listening to the waves.The bed only had a duvet cover when we arrived but we found a duvet in a drawer to fill it. Kitchen was very well equipped and especially appreciated the variety of glasses as some properties only have wine and beer glasses. Highly recommended.

Fabulous view and best location in Calpe. We enjoyed a great stay at the apartment. One day we had an issue with the hot water which Alain had sorted out in no time. From a female point of view, it would be great to have a mirror in the main bedroom. All in all a lovely time in Calpe.

Perfect location in Calpe

The apartment is perfectly located: breakfest at the balcony with amazing seaview; really close to the lovely shopping street and the old town. Still quiet at night. Friendly and helpful host and clear instructions on checking in.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had undergone a full refurbishment. The kitchen had a wide range of equipment and all appliances that you would need. The view is absolutely stunning and the high quality glazing meant that there was no noise. Aircon is all rooms ensured a pleasant temperature. The location is fantastic in the very centre of Calpe.Alain was a wonderful host and any queries were answered promptly. Overall thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Calpe beach apt June 2023

This apt was perfect in every way. Very central, Beach front with amazing views and beautiful apt. The pictures do not do it justice it is so much nicer. Beds very comfortable and the gated parking was great. The beach chairs and umbrella were also a lovely surprise. Alain the host was on call promptly for all our needs. We would definitely recommend this apt and would also love to return

Best view ever!!

We spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment. The apartment itself was great for the 4 of us...but the balcony and the view was amazing!! You just couldn’t have been any closer to the beach which is what makes this flat really special...we didn’t want to leave! It is well equipped and very clean and also very secure as has a security gate on the way in. Cafes and restaurants are on the doorstep and the nearest shop for provisions is also very close by. We ate out, but if you wanted to eat in the kitchen is very well equipped. We didn’t meet Alain the host, but he telephoned us soon after arrival to check everything was ok which was a nice touch. Would we visit again? Yes, definitely!!

Excellent location, friendly and helpful owner, old appartment.

The digital code to open the front door was broken, we came in late, and could not get in to the appartment until 05.30 in the morning. The owner was very helpful when he fould out later that day, yet, we could not get in, traveling with old grandmother. The location is fabulus. The space is old, small toilets and shower, poor ventilation in the toilets/bathrooms. The beds was extremeyl hard! But, we had a nice time, the location is fabulus, and the host showed greate interest in our situation and comfort. We recomemd the owner to upgrade the beds and the ventilation, then it would be a greate location worth 5 stars.

I'm not very surprised with your comments Ulrika. First this is clearly not an "old" appartment. Regarding the the digit box It was impossible for me to know that the digit code was broken and it seems to me obvious that when you arrived at 4.30am it's impossible for me to ask someone to help you. It's the first time we receive a claim for the bed. The mattresses are new and of very good quality. It was also clearly indicated that there is no air conditioning. Despite this you'll be always welcome!

La mer juste en bas de l'appartement. Super marché à même pas 5 minutes à pieds, restaurants sur tout le long de la plage, centre de Calpe à faire à pieds avec le charme des ses rues, etc... Balkon mit Meerblick

Diese Wohnung erfüllt alle Träume, die man von Ferien am Meer hat: Erste Reihe am Strand, eine sehr grosse Terrasse, super eingerichtet. Am Morgen schnell im Meer schwimmen, danach Frühstück auf dem Balkon, abends bei einem Glas Wein die Abendstimmung geniessen - herrlich. Ausserdem sind die Vermieter sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren sehr schnell auf Anfragen.

Eine perfekte Wohnung in einer perfekter Lage

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Ausblick und in perfekter Lage. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon/ Terrasse hat 10 Sterne verdient. Wohnung ist direkt am Stand und direkt in der City. BESSER GEHT ES NICHT. TOP, TOP, TOP!!! Alain als Gastgeber, hat uns immer bei Bedarf sofort informiert und schnell geantwortet. WIR KOMMEN WIEDER ;)!!!!

Un joyau à Calpe

Appartement superbement bien situé face à la plage Arenal de Calpe. Pas de voiture entre vous et la mer avec une vue à 180 degrés sur la grande bleue. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Tout y est du fer à repasser au sèche-linge en passant par le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge. Les explications pour les checks arrivée départ sont complètes et précises, et le propriétaire disponible et hyper réactif. Top ! Bravo Alain pour cette gestion sans faille. Nous y retournerons certainement.

La ubicación es ideal, pero nuestra sorpresa fue encontrar un piso muy sucio, con pelusa por todos lados pelos etc. El sofá que no se había limpiado en mucho tiempo cosa qué hicimos nosotros y poner una sábana para su utilización, para colmo el propietario nos cobra 240€ porque dice que no hemos limpiado y ordenado el piso, es la primera vez que nos sucede esto, que unos huéspedes tengan que dejar el piso impecable antes de irse.

Je ne suis pas du tout étonné de ton appréciation Olga puisque tu as mis ce commentaire après que je t’ai informé que je ne te louerai plus jamais mon appartement qui était dans un état lamentable (lave vaisselle sale et pas vidé, poubelles pas vidées, drap et protège matelas souillés et que nous avons dû remplacer. C’est la première fois que mon appartement est laissé dans un état pareil ! Ton commentaire est d’autant plus bizarre que le jour de ton arrivée tu m’as envoyé un message pour me dire que tout était impeccable! Nos futurs locataires saurons bien faire la différence entre ton appréciation et toutes les autres

Comme l'indique effectivement l'annonce, l'appartement est superbe. Tout y est fonctionnel et très important, la literie excellente. Evidemment le nec plus ultra est la terrasse et sa vue splendide sur la mer et même sur le Penon. De plus, Alain , le maître des lieux , même sans sa présence est disponible pour la moindre contrariété. La situation de l'appartement est idyllique, près du centre, des restos et du vieux Calpe. En conclusion, nous y reviendrons !

Sensationelle Lage inklusive super Parkplatz, Sehr guter Check in Vorgang. Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas "abgewohnt" bietet aber außer einer Klimaanlage (im Sommer kann es in dem 2. Schlafraum Richtung Balkon schon sehr heiß werden) alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht.

Great holiday

The apartment is perfectly situated facing the sea and only a 2 minute walk to get there, all you need is in the apartment and the owner is very helpful. We had the best time!

Excellent apartment in a superb location

We spent Christmas and new Year in the apartment which is very well equipped. There is only the pedestrian only promenade between the building and the beach. The balcony is fitted with sliding glass doors which mean that we could sit out on the balcony when it was cooler in the evenings. The owner and manager were very helpful, not that we had much cause to contact them as we had no problems. There are loads of restaurants nearby and convenient supermarkets.

Unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderschön gelegenen Wohnung haben wir sehr genossen. Einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen, ... Aufwachen mit Meeresrauschen. Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Überzeugt hat uns die Lage: Meerblick direkt zum Frühstück, 10 m bis zum Strand, herrliche Promenade direkt vor der Tür, 5 Gehminuten zum nächsten Supermarkt, Altstadt von Calpe bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, viele Bars und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Zugang und Parken bequem möglich durch Automatisierung des Zugangs und des Ausfahrt. Die Wohnung erreicht man bequem über einen Fahrstuhl. Kontakt Vermieter und Service vor Ort super nett und um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht.

Appartement au top !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette appartement idéalement situé au coeur de la ville de Calpe et face à la mer. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et l'accueil sur place de Beatrice est parfait. Si nous avions un point négatif c'est dommage que l'appartement ne soit pas climatisé car on a eu très chaud la nuit pour dormir.

Normalement , nous n'avons pas de problème avec le fait qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation car on peut créer un courant rafraîchissant en ouvrant à l'avant et l'arrière ainsi qu'avec les ventilateurs mais il est vrais que vous êtes tombé en pleine période de canicule...ce qui est assez rare à Calpe!

We are a couple 58 and 59 years old not already retired and still very active. We enjoy going to rest in Calpe and also enjoy the exceptional climate.
We have three children (one girl and two boys) of 29, 27 and 25 year old.

Why they chose this property

For this wonderful view of the sea. In the apartment we have the impression of being on a boat as on the terrace or in the living room we see only water.
This part of Calpe is also very pleasant because there are many Spanish peoples because we are in the city.
The terrace is sunny from the morning to the evening and so we can eat all year round, even in December and January !!!

What makes this property unique

The apartment is located on the beach and near to the center of all shops, stores, restaurants etc ...
The sea and beach are perfect for families and children: shallow sea, warm and clear water and fine sand. The sea is shallow so it's perfect for children.
