Beach apartment in Cadiz

We loved this apartment. It is right across the boardwalk from the beach and a few minutes walk from the stadium and supermarkets. Being on the boardwalk gives you many options for beach bars and restaurants, the host was very easy to communicate with making checkin easy. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is coming to Cadiz for a holiday

Apartment with a beautiful view

Very nice owner. The view from the balcony is wonderful, the building is located right next to the beach. Unfortunately, the apartment is not very clean, no WiFi, often no parking spaces.

Perfect location, best view!

Very nice apartment, we loved our stay. However, some changes to the description of the apartment. The apartment does not have internet and the apartment has only two bedrooms plus possibilities to sleep in the kitchen area.

Alojamiento decepcionante e impresentable.

La estancia ha sido absolutamente decepcionante. Las condiciones de este alojamiento no se corresponden en absoluto con el precio que se paga por él. La limpieza de todo el apartamento brillaba por su ausencia, las paredes, el mobiliario, los cajones, todo sucio, lleno de manchas y restos de otras estancias. La ropa impresentable, toallas reutilizadas y viejas, paños de cocina sin lavar, en el escobero había una cantidad impresionante de trapos y paños todos sucios y amontonados. La terraza tenia solo sillas de bar de plástico viejísimas y un sillón absolutamente roto. El acceso a la terraza son 5 puertas de cristales, de las que solo se podía abrir una de ellas, las demás estaban clausuradas. La vajilla y cristalería muy escasa, una copa de cada clase y un vaso de cada clase. El apartamento tampoco dispone de aire acondicionado, wifi, sillas en el salón, secador de pelo, sábanas de repuesto, tazas, copas, etc. entre otras muchas cosas que son necesarias en una estancia de 10 días como era nuestro caso. Dispongo de fotografías de todas las deficiencias que hemos encontrado. Es lamentable que se entregue un apartamento en estas condiciones, y lo argumento comparándolo con mis anteriores estancias a través de esta aplicación. Le aseguro que este alojamiento no se corresponde con el precio pagado por él, ni por supuesto es para alquilarlo a una familia. Intenté ponerme en contacto con la página del alquiler a la llegada por si pudieran buscarnos otra alternativa, pero no conse

Very good location with beautiful beach vista. Nice apartment. However wifi is piggy backing on bar below and as such signal not the best. No A/C, was OK in October, in mid summer would be very warm. Parking was sometimes full and not available.

Para lo que podía haber sido, decepcionante

La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable, unas vistas preciosas y atardeceres para disfrutar al 100%. Con respecto al apartamento íbamos con unas expectativas que no se cumplieron. El piso a primera vista parece nuevo pero tiene bastantes desperfectos: el sofá cama de la sala necesita una buena limpieza y el de la terraza tenía una sabana por encima para tapar como estaba realmente. Los rellenos y almohadas para tirar (con unas manchas de vergüenza), una aspiradora que no se podía utilizar (daba miedo encenderla). Muchísima suciedad en el suelo (un calzoncillo, una mascarilla y un chicle que por supuesto no eran nuestras debajo de una de las camas entre otras) y en todas las esquinas…hay que cuidar la limpieza. Una cosa es que este viejo, pero sucio…sin comentarios. Antes de llegar, les comentamos que una de las inquilinas era bastante asmática , y nos dijeron que habían hecho hincapié en la limpieza: mentira. Cabe destacar que Alberto estuvo a la altura y respondió bien a nuestras necesidades (cambio de correa de la lavadora), pero el dueño de la casa debería invertir en esa casa, necesita mucho cariño teniendo en cuenta lo que se paga de alquiler. Una pena, pero dudo que volvamos.
