Come and stay in our beautiful apartment on the first line of the beach. The apartment is located in the Mar Nostrum complex and boasts a foyer with security, swimming pool and restaurants. The apartment is newly renovated and fully equipped for your stay. There is parking to the rear and if you choose not to rent a bus into Valencia. Here you can see the spectacular City of Arts and Sciences contrasted with the old gothic city.

Pepi was very welcoming by meeting us at the front door and walking us through our check-in. Also made sure we were familiar with the apartment. Our arrival was later than anticipated and she accommodated us upon our arrival by offering us an extra day since we had missed one day of our stay. That was greatly appreciated. This was a lovely apartment and well appointed for everyday living. It was quiet, clean, and secure. We were just a block from the beach and a 20 minute car ride to Valencia. I would definitely stay here again. Pepi you were a gracious hostess, accommodating us when we were late and answered all our questions. You made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Pepi’s apartment and overall were happy with our choice despite there being a few issues which should be easy to fix. The location worked really well for us. It was connected by the 31 bus to the centre of town and public transport is really cheap. Alternatively get an uber to the closest metro stop. The apartment is right on the beach and there are mini supermarkets on the bottom of the apartment block. The cafe opposite the apartment block is lovely and a great place for breakfast. The apartment itself is spacious and has a comfortable lounge. We didn’t cook but the kitchen appeared to be reasonably well equipped to cook meals. The washing machine is great to have and was well used while we were there. Essentials such as washing powder, dish soap, shampoo and toilet roll were provided. Overall it works well if you’re packing light. There’s even effective aircon which we used on occasion to cool things down. There are a few things that need fixing - the toilet runs constantly and the sink is very slow draining. I also think it’s time to invest in new mattresses, bedding and towels. Despite these issues we still feel the accommodation was good value.

A continuación, detallo los aspectos positivos y negativos de mi estancia:Aspectos Positivos:   Atención del personal: Pepi y Nelson fueron extremadamente amables y serviciales, proporcionando toda la información necesaria y las llaves. Su disposición para asistir con cualquier inconveniente fue muy apreciada.   Ubicación: La propiedad goza de una buena ubicación: muy próxima a la playa aunque alejada de la ciudad y de los supermercados.   Equipamiento: La cocina está bien equipada (aunque añadiría una segunda sarten) y la habitación cuenta con un juego completo de sábanas y toallas de baño, jabones, secador pelo...   Comodidades adicionales: Se dispone de sillas de playa para uso.   Almacenamiento: Los armarios son espaciosos y están provistos de numerosas perchas y hay muchos cajones.Aspectos Negativos:   Fugas en el inodoro: Desde nuestra llegada, el inodoro ha presentado una fuga (goteo) constante durante todo el día.   Obstrucción en el lavabo: El lavabo del baño se encuentra significativamente atascado.   Limpieza inicial: Las mesitas de noche estaban cubiertas de polvo a nuestra llegada.   Comodidad de la cama: La cama es excesivamente dura y se hunde considerablemente en uno de sus lados; las almohadas son muy delgadas.   Higiene de la ventilación: La rejilla de ventilación en el techo, adyacente al baño, está extremadamente sucia y llena de polvo.   Percepción de la limpieza: La calidad de la limpieza general parece ser deficiente.

Das schönste an der Wohnung ist die Lage und der Blick vom Essplatz aufs Meer . Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, alles etwas abgewohnt. Das schlimmste war, dass wir einen Tag vor unserer Abreise vor die Tür gesetzt wurden. Wir haben die ursprüngliche Buchung um einen Tag nach hinten verschoben , lt. eEigentümer kein Problem, die Tage bleiben dieselben und bezahlt hatten wir schon. Also buchten wir unsere Flüge.In der 2. Woche unseres Urlaubs sagte der Eigentümer plötzlich , wir müssen jetzt doch einen Tag früher raus, da einen Tag vor unserer Abreise ein neuer Gast kommt. Wir waren geschockt! Alternativ bot uns der Eigentümer ein Hotel in der Pampa an, weit weg vom Strand, einchecken 15 Uhr , wo wir ganz umständlich mit der Metro an den Strand fahren sollten. Eine Stunde Fahrzeit , wir hatten doch eine Wohnung am Meer gebucht! Sie hatten einfach einen Tag überbucht und wir mussten es ausbaden. Wir würden diese Wohnung mit diesem Eigentümer nicht mehr buchen und können es auch nicht weiterempfehlen, außer jemand möchte einen Tag am Strand übernachten.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Sie ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Bad sollte allerdings einmal renoviert werden. Aktuell ist sie leider nicht buchbar, deshalb haben wir uns für das kommende Jahr für eine ähnliche Wohnung entschieden.

Buen apartamento en primera línea de playa

Queríamos pasar la primera semana del año en familia en Valencia para visitar la ciudad y a la vez estar en la playa. El apartamento está muy bien conservado, con vistas a la playa. Tiene orientación sur, por lo que está muy soleado, gracias a lo cual en estos meses de invierno no sientes frío ni humedad. Tiene todos los utensilios posibles para cocinar, cafetera, tostadora, lavadora, tabla planchado, hamacas playa, incluso un sistema de ósmosis para el agua. En invierno es muy fácil aparcar en la zona. En coche se tardan 15 minutos escasos al centro de la ciudad. Hay buenos restaurantes al lado del edificio (el Mimar es el mejor). La propietaria muy amable y la comunicación ha sido muy buena para la entrada y salida del apartamento. Esperamos regresar en nuestro próximo viaje a Valencia.

A relaxing spot to stay

We enjoyed our stay in Patacona - the beach was lovely. The only shortfall was that we couldn't find a bigger supermarket within walking distance. There was a minimart downstairs but supplies were very limited. We found that Bus 31 left from outside the building every 15 minutes and went into the historic centre. Pepi was very responsie with any questions.

Schöner, erholsamer Strandurlaub, gute Mischung von Strand- und Städtetour

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, direkt am sauberen Sandstrand gelegen, mit sehr guter Busanbindung in die Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Begeistert hat und die sehr gute Ausstattung, u.a. mit Sonnenschirm, Strandliegen und zusätzlichen Strandhandtüchern. Danke an Pepi für die gute Kommunikation.

Es stimmt alles.

In der Wohnung haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war modern, blitzsauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Man sieht den Strand vom Esstisch aus und ist in einer Minute zu Fuß dort. In der Wohnung ist sogar Strandausrüstung vorhanden: Liegen, Strandtücher, Ball, Sandspielzeug! Solche Details haben uns begeistert. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation (in Englisch und spanisch) haben wunderbar geklappt. Muchas gracias!

Un apartamento muy completo

Un apartamento estupendo junto a la playa, Pepi muy atenta y amable nos ofreció todas las comodidades para que nuestra estancia fuera estupenda y se cumplió.
