Quiet residential area located 350m from the beach (5 min by foot) and close to amenities (5 min by bike). Pleasant and bright house, with large garden and 2 terraces (covered south-east, and adjoining south-west without opposite) and a pétanque court.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt es ja gut. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand. Die Umgebung kann man von hier gute Gründen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt.

Vacances en famille sportives ludiques et reposantes. Un très bon accueil dans une maison très bien équipée dans un environnement très calme à mi chemin entre plages, commerces et piste cyclable. Parfait!

Esprit océan

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé dans une maison confortable, dans un endroit très calme et proche de toutes les commodités. L'annonce précise toutefois que l'Océan est à 5 minutes à pied mais il n'est pas précisé que la plage en question n'est pas surveillée, ce qui conditionne la baignade à un déplacement un peu plus long. Par ailleurs nous le logement comprend 3 chambres composées de lits doubles ce qui n'est pas très clairement indiqué dans l'annonce et oblige 2 des 3 enfants à partager un lit. La circulation à vélo est un vrai bonheur et permet de relier rapidement les plages de Labenne et Ondre et de se rendre à Capbreton. Très bon accueil de la part de nos hôtes.

Nicolas, hôte très sympathique, nous a chaleureusement accueilli dans sa maison confortable et bien équipée. L'annonce est bien conforme à la réalité. L'environnement est très calme et les deux terrasses sont très agréables pour profiter de l'extérieur à toute heure de la journée. Table de ping-pong et trampoline très appréciés des enfants ! Cerise sur le gâteau : deux poules nous ont offert des œufs frais pour le petit-déjeuner. Merci Nicolas !

Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir waren 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern und hatten genug Platz für alle. Es war gab ein 3. Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Die Terasse und der Boule-Platz haben uns sehr gefallen. Die spülmaschine ist während unserem Aufenthalt gewechselt wurden und die Kommunikation mit Nicolas was hervorragend. Auch fragen zwischendurch wurden extrem schnell beantwortet. Wir haben mit den Kindern und Bollerwagen oft den hauptstrand Aufgang verwendet der ca. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt war, da der andere schwieriger war zu befahre. Vielen Dank!

Charming house close to the sea

We spent two weeks vacation with the family and felt very comfortable in the house. The owner family is very nice. In a few steps you are on the beautiful beach of Labenne.

Super séjour

La maison de Nicolas est conforme à l’annonce, spacieuse, confortable, très bien située, endroit calme et plages à proximité. Au top. Grand jardin parfait pour des enfants avec la table de ping-pong, le trampoline, le terrain de pétanque et même le poulailler etc. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Très bonne communication avec Nicolas avant et tout au long du séjour.
