Mediterranean house, friendly, perfect for families or people looking for tranquillity in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. Terrace and garden overlooking the sea and the nature reserve of the Medes Islands. At 50m of the house there are the community pool, the tennis court and a playground for children. There is an ongoing maintenance and conciergerie. Parking is in front of the house. The house is located near the centre of the town, but far away enough to avoid noise and crowds during the months of July and August.

In the mid 80s the Puig grandparents (now grand grand parents) had the chance to buy this house to her four daughters , her son and grandchildren and to enjoy it during the summer and weekends . For many years , it was the meeting point of this big family. The house was thought to make it comfortable , safe and open to those who would visit the family . The laughter and the welfare of four generations still permeate the walls . It is in this atmosphere of hospitality and attention that we welcome our tenants.

What makes this property unique

1. We speak many languages ​​and we can assist you in your own or any of those who you know .
2. We react immediately if an occurrence is happening and we solve it.
3. Our house is officially declared in the register of residences for touristic uses of the Generalitat de Catalunya with reference HUTG - 012 495.
