This apartment is located in a busy area of ​​Venice, near Campo Santa Maria Formosa, near the Rialto bridge and not far from Piazza San Marco, but away from the chaos of the tourist routes. The geographical context is ideal because it has windows on two opposite sides, one, to one bedroom has two windows overlooking a small alley, so it's more quiet and cool in summer, the other, with four windows, by a beautiful flower garden it is sunny, because exposed southwest. The presence of two full baths can accommodate families of 4/5 persons or two couples.
The apartment has a nice selection of materials and finishes. The well equipped kitchen has two comfortable floors of white Carrara marble
The rates are discounted depending on length of stay and the presence of children. The living room can become in effect a second bedroom and the common area is the great room kitchen and dining room, which can accommodate 6 people seated. The linen is provided, both the sheets towels, duvets on the beds you have any practical and have use of the soap in the bathrooms and in the kitchen, here you will find the basic necessities, such as sugar, tea, coffee, salt oil .. If of requiring regular you can ask for a baby cot and high chair.

This place was perfect for us. It’s off the beaten path so you don’t get tons of traffic, but a quick walk to the main canal and the main sites in Venice. We really liked the courtyard with coffee shops and restraints that’s literally just around the corner. Also other courtyards that are just a few minutes walk, away from the touristy areas and primairly locals. The check in/out was seamless, friendly, and great communication. The apartment was clean and the views of the park were a great bonus.

A Perfect Place In Venice

Great location if you want a peaceful oasis away from the maddening crowd. I’ve been to Venice six times and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The host was impeccable. The apartment was charming with two bathrooms with a charming view of the garden next door. Highly recommended.

This is a great apartment

Overall this is a great apartment. The location is perfect. Close to everything but very quiet. There are thoughtful touches throughout the property. However, there are a few big inaccuracies in the property description. The bed is an American queen not a king. There is a bath tub, but no hot tub. There is no laundry on sight. Really enjoyed the apartment. Just great.

The apartment is in a great location. We found it a little small for my wife and I and our two teenage girls. All and all though it was a nice apartment which served us very well during our stay. Ideal location

We had an amazing time in the beautifully decorated and extremely well-located flat. We stayed 8 nights, time enough to discover the parts of Venice that 2 or 3-day travellers miss.The flat is located just off Campo Santa Maria Formosa in a very calm and resting alley.It is ideal to walk anywhere in the city and offers all the equipment one needs. The bed was very comfortable and the sitting room very pleasant.The communication was great at all times and recommendations for local restaurants greatly appreciated.Thank you.

You are very close to the tourist track, so you can reach all sites of maximum interest in few minutes on foot, but thirst in a quiet street, in front of your windows is not the stream but a beautiful garden blooming in all seasons. What makes this property unique

The house is beautiful elegant light punishment, a peaceful garden that has its charm in every season, the presence of two bathrooms and two comfortable living areas makes it usable even by two couples or a family with 2 3 / children.
The kitchen is large and very well equipped, two beautiful Carrara marble floors will allow you to cook while your friends and family keep you company sitting at the dining table in front of you.
The two full bathrooms comprehensive, one with shower and the other with bath, will allow you to live comfortably in the house 4 people.
The apartment is on the first floor, so you do not hurt hand luggage, but since it has a garden in front of most of the windows is always full of light.
The best quality of the apartment are the elegance with which we have restored and furnished, and the extreme quiet of the area where it is located, while being close to all major tourist attraction.
