THE 4th FLOOR 2 bedrooms + Free Parking near the centre

The apartment is wide and comfortable, in a residential area full of shops and services, close to the historic center (1 km) and the SM.Novella station (10 minutes walk), less than 5 minutes from the Fortezza Fiera area. It is outside the ZTL, parking is on request and free, the tram stop is under the house.
The apartment has been recently renovated and equipped with thermal and noise-reducing fixtures: there is a pleasant dining area with a super-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals and 1 very pleasant balcony overlooking an internal courtyard, in the summer it is ideal for an aperitif or even just to smoke a cigarette
Just outside the kitchen there is a nice Smart Working space before entering the large double bedroom.
Next to it there is a bathroom with window and shower, a reading area and a spacious bedroom with 3 single beds.
Both bedrooms are very quiet and bright.
