Lovely property,we were looking for a peaceful week and that's exactly what we got, Agnes the owner was just lovely, absolutely nothing was to much trouble. Thanks for such a fabulous holiday, there was everything we needed at this property, it's clean and the courtyard garden is safe enough for pets and children.

Ruhiges Haus in kleinem Örtchen

Ein ruhiges Häuschen im wirklich schönen Ortsteil Sauzelle, Bäcker mit tollem Angebot direkt ums Eck. Das Haus ist einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Agnes war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Innenhof ist abschließbar und somit super für den Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern geeignet.Der Strand (Gautrelle) ist mit dem Fahrrad bequem zu erreichen.

Wir haben uns in diesem hübschen Ferienhaus mit sehr gemütlichem Innenhof sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an Ausstattung alles, was man braucht. Die Lage mitten im Ort ist perfekt und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Auch Madame Denieau ist sehr nett und sie hat sich gleich auf meine geringen Französischkenntnisse eingestellt, sodass ich sie gut verstanden habe. Vielen Dank dafür. Der Strand und die Stadt Saint-Pierre sind über die gut ausgebauten Radwege mit dem Fahrrad super zu erreichen.Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub auf der Île d'Oléron.Wir kommen gern wieder :)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Agnès nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a été d'une aide précieuse pour mieux découvrir l'île en prenant le temps de nous donner des recommandations. Le gîte, rénové avec goût, se situe dans un endroit calme et sans vis à vis. Il est confortable et idéalement bien situé. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation !

Séjour parfait pour des vacances ressourçantes

La procédure d arrivée est parfaite avec une prise de contact par Agnès en amont ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement , fidèle aux photos et aux avis positifs, est idéal pour des vacances à Oléron. Tout est accessible rapidement en voiture et en Vélo. Nous sommes partis avec nos enfants 21 ans et 17 ans qui ont également apprécié leur Séjour

Ein charmantes Haus im Ortskern eines kleinen Dorfes. Bäcker ist fußläufig zu erreichen, für Ausflüge an den Strand oder einen Einkauf braucht man ein Auto oder Fahrrad. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Haus liebevoll eingerichtet.

Come sit in a house of character situated 1.5 km m one of the most popular beaches on the Ile d'Oléron - La-Gautrelle nearby bike trails and the forest Crown Boyardville.

This home features 2 bedrooms, a living room / kitchen of 20 m² with lounge, a bathroom recently renovated (January 2014) and a separate toilet.
In addition to its 50 m2, it provides shelter for outdoor dining, a storage (bike bag, ...) and a courtyard and not overlooked.

You will have available all the necessary equipment to the tranquility of your vacation (electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, television, washing machine, iron and board, living garden, barbecue, relax ...)
