Very clean inside and out. Kitchen well equipped with everything. Beds are comfortable, high quality mattress and bedding. Home is more than welcoming. The wall of windows overlooking the mountains and river took my breath away. Perfect!

Beautiful home and view of River

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yard was not green grass as pictured in ad. I brought my lab thinking she'd have a blast running. It was all dirt and rocks and sticks. Neighbor told us a bear walks through the yard in early after So that put fear into us to sit by river. We did see him once

I can't rave enough about our stay at River Rocks Lodge. The home was immaculate, plenty of outdoor seating and being on the river was a bonus.Walking through the front door immediately said "welcome guests". And, they even had a welcoming basket for dogs. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. After a long day of activities, it was nice to sleep in their cozy beds. We had a family get together that was enjoyed by all. Thank you for being so accurate with your photos and description of the house and property. I highly recommend River Rocks Lodge for a fun getaway for the family. All seasons vacation rentals was great to work with.

Overall it was great! The fireplace fan is a little loud when it kicks on as a heads up, and it would be nice if you left a free HDMI cord for people to plug in their own devices and stuff. The place was really great and comfortable! Most comfortable bed I've been on in a cabin!

Perfect spot for our 25th wedding anniversary trip. My husband could fly fish in the river right there off the back yard. We went wine tasting and had a great dinner out. The cabin was clean, comfortable and relaxing. It had everything we needed. We did not use the hot tub but it looked very clean and in great working order. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would love to book another trip in the future and bring our kids!

We love this rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here for the past 5-6 years. The rental is always a pleasure to visit and we know what to expect, however, this time we had ants in the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom. All our food had to remain on the kitchen table and chairs as the countertops had ants coming in. Unfortunately, the oven did not work and Levi brought a portable oven to use. He cleaned the BBQ as well...very dirty. When removing the sheets to leave, I found "greenery" on the mattress cover that should been removed by the cleaning people! While we had disruptions this time, we will return next year!
