My family enjoyed our 10-day stay at The Palms (Unit 905). Spacious, clean, air conditioned, pleasant interior design, fully equipped, and great location with a view of the sunset and 15 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed sitting outside in the lanai every day overlooking the well maintained landscape and sunset (unlike other units facing the parking lot). 5 minute drive to the local mall/stores/restaurants/beach/activities and easy access to the highway. We arrived late at night, and our host was kind and thoughtful to leave the lights and air conditioning on. Thank you, Matthew. We used the available chairs and umbrella for the beach, which we walked every morning and most sunset. I would definitely plan another stay in the future.

Great condo for family vacation

Matthew worked with us on early check in and the condo is one of the best equipped that we have ever rented through VRBO. Close to great beaches, fun food trucks with a beautiful pool to hang out at and watch the sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

My family and I enjoyed this condo. Great location, we are a family of 6 and it fit us perfectly. My kids loved the pool area and the large grassy area we had by our lanai. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean as well. The hosts were very helpful and we had great communication. We will def be booking with them again. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

We really enjoyed staying here and we are so thankful for the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. The location to the beach and the nearby town for food and surf lessons was ideal. We had a rental car and found it very easy to do day trips to see the island.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Wailea

Second time visiting Maui and our stay in this condo was everything we were looking for, from the cleanliness to the location and quiet neighborhood. Give it a complete 5 start due to the privacy you get to experience throughout the whole stay. Their check-in and checkout process is flawless.

Maui Palms

This place was everything it said it was - beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed it thoroughly and would definitely come back again. A vehicle is almost needed though to obtain groceries and bring all the beach gear to the beach!

Great home base on Maui

We really enjoyed our stay - we've stayed at the Palms several times but this was our first time in this condo. We thought it was really comfortable, well set up for our vacation and tucked away in a nice and quiet part of the property while still close to the pool. The booking, check in and check out processes were super simple. We'll book again for sure! Thank you!

We stayed for two months, from June 19th through August 19th, and truly loved every minute of our time in Maui.From the beginning, the management company was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, they were quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Toward the end of our stay, a storm caused our flights to be canceled. They were so gracious and understanding and allowed us to stay until our flights could be rescheduled. Their kindness during an unexpected situation meant so much to us.The condo itself was wonderful—comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, and perfect for an extended stay. We especially loved being on the first floor, which made bringing in groceries and luggage incredibly easy. The outdoor patio was one of our favorite places to sit and relax.The entire property was beautiful. The gardens were perfectly manicured, and the pool and hot tub were incredible. The ocean view from the pool was gorgeous, especially at sunset, and we really enjoyed the community BBQ area.The location was also fantastic. The walk to the beach was very doable, The Shops at Wailea were close by, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, and Safeway was only a few minutes away.After two months, this truly felt like home. The condo, location, amenities, and especially the kindness and hospitality of the management company made our stay incredibly special. We loved our time here and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Maui. We would absolutely stay here again!

The Palms at Wailea

Good location, very peaceful, 2 minutes from pool, 5-10min walk to many good beaches, sunset views from lawn by patio, within walking distance of shops. Kitchen adequately stocked although new skillets needed. There were a few maintenance issues and property manager was very responsive when we let staff know. Comfortable and worked well for our group of 4.

Amazing condo

Loved the location and size of the condo! The lanai was perfect! Tried to get through by email to the management company about the type of coffee pot but my email was never answered. Only negative!!

Amazing accommodation and property management!!

The unit is exactly as it is presented: spacious, private, and comfortable. It is close enough to beaches and shops without any of the noise. There is a beautiful view of the sunset from just outside the patio. The unit is very clean and stocked with basics such as beach chairs (a must), boogie boards, beach toys, and floaties. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and spices! The property management (especially Matthew) is amazing and beyond accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice vacation getaway

We enjoyed staying at the property. The unit was nice, clean and comfortable. The patio area was nice for eating and barbecuing. We enjoyed the pool area a lot. Owners should replace the fridge. It’s out dated and ice maker doesn’t work so you need to get ice from inside. Also, an area rug would be nice to make the place seem more cozy. Property manager was attentive to questions and in addressing a couple concerns.

Perfect Vacation

My family and I just got back from our Maui Vacation. We stayed in this beautiful condo for three incredible weeks. The condo was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Maui lifestyle. It was very clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and all the kitchen appliances and items needed. The condo is spacious with a fantastic outdoor patio that felt very private. We especially appreciated the fabulous service from both Matt and Tanya, the property managers, who were excellent to deal with. Thank you for making our Maui vacation so memorable. We would certainly return to this condo.

Pictures are accurate

The property is exactly what the pictures show. The only issue we had is that some of the neighbors did not observe the quiet hours. Children playing outside your condo at 6:00AM is not ideal. We tried to notify the property manager of some electrical outlet issues, but were not able to make contact with him for some reason.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was really nicely positioned near the resorts and restaurants but with the space of your own for a family. The area was clean and well kept. The master bed and bath were luxurious but not over the top. The lanai was very functional although it is near other families....but it was never a concern/intrusion. The other families above us did not bother any of us (even my husband who sleeps very lightly). I really appreciated the use of the lawn chairs and boogie boards. Having those small touches really made the vacation easier and the rental an excellent choice. Overall a great place to stay and somewhere we would consider staying again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay there.
