The house is very cosy, good equipment in kitchen, in all the bathrooms there is soap, shampoo etc. The garden is beautiful with Nice plants. We had a splendid stay and the owner is so nice and helpfull.

Beautiful Villa & Stunning Pool

Lovely spacious villa with everything you need . The pool was lovely. The location is beautiful. The use of the private beach with sunbeds is only 5 minutes walk, with a wonderful restaurant. There is no air conditioning just some ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms, which we did find a problem at night with the heat. Great holiday. Thank you

beautiful house in a very good location

We have spent a wonderful week. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The house is almost perfectly equipped. the outdoor area with several seating areas by the pool or in the shade is very nice, the pool is wonderfully laid out. in about 6 minutes you can walk (through a small tunnel) directly to a small, nice beach. there are even sunbeds available free of charge. Shopping (fresh bread rolls or a supermarket) or eating on the beach are just a few minutes away by car. We can recommend the house and would be happy to return.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, grosszĂŒgig und ruhig gelegen in einer bewachten Anlage in Beauvallon. Das Haus ist innen und aussen noch schöner als es die Bilder zeigen. Der Aussenbereich ist tropisch eingewachsen mit 2 Essecken, Loungesofas und Grillmöglichkeit. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen am Privatpool, der sehr schön und gepflegt ist. Es gibt einen privaten Beachclub mit 4 Liegen, die einem zur VerfĂŒgung stehen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es gibt Tischtennis, Tischkicker, Beachvolleyball, Grillmöglichkeit. Die Besitzer haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen.

Das Haus ist schlicht ein Traum, perfekter geht es kaum-gepflegter tropischer Garten mit großem Pool und Teich, die WohnrĂ€ume stilvoll eingerichtet, passend beleuchtet und mit sehr guten Betten. In der KĂŒche ist an alles gedacht. Ausserdem gibt es ein Klavier, einen Kicker und eine Tischtennisplatte. Die Lage ist ebenfalls bestens, kurzer Fussweg zum Sandstrand inkl. kostenlosen Liegen und Schirmen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit.

Traumhaus mit Pool

Unser Urlaub im wunderschönen Haus von Familie Gauthier war ein absoluter Traum. Das Haus lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen und ist fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub perfekt aufgeteilt. Auch der Pool ist ein echter Hingucker und lĂ€dt zum Entspannen ein. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen und möchten Familie Gauthier herzlich fĂŒr alles danken.

Magnifique villa

La villa est d’un confort absolu, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, belle dĂ©co. Le jardin est composĂ© de diffĂ©rents espaces, d’un bassin Ă  poissons et d’une grande piscine le tout au milieu d’une vĂ©gĂ©tation luxuriante. C’est magnifique. Gros avantage, la villa est Ă  quelques mĂštres Ă  pied d’une plage privĂ©e et surveillĂ©e. De plus vous y trouverez un trĂšs bon restaurant. Une piste cyclable longe toute la cĂŽte. Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs accueillants et trĂšs sympathiques. Ils sont disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous avons passĂ© d’excellentes vacances.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette trÚs belle villa. Les HÎtes sont trÚs gentils et trÚs réactifs. La maison est idéalement située dans un domaine privé qui est trÚs calme. les deux terrasses et le coin piscine sont trÚs agréables. idéalement placée sur la cÎte d'azure, à 10 mns de st tropez et au bord des plages, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette trÚs belle maison. Bien équipée, fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre, le fait qu'elle se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée apporte un plus en matiÚre de sérénité. Et n'avoir qu'à traverser la route via un petit tunnel dédié pour aller à la plage est un vrai plus. Je recommande!

Une oasis de bonheur
un emplacement parfait dans un Ă©crin luxuriant de vĂ©gĂ©taux tropicaux de camaĂŻeu de vert tranchĂ© par le bleu d’immense piscine cristalline. N’oublions la maison baignant dans la verdure par ses ouvertures Ă  galandage, et son architecture, sa distribution super fonctionnelle et charmante. Top Lage, Haus nicht dem Preis entsprechend

Online ein schönes Angebot, Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehbar, hier muss einiges gemacht werden um den doch sehr hohen Preis verlangen zu können. -keine Moskito Netze -keine Klimaanlage -Haus umzingelt von Baustellen (war sehr laut, trotz Renovierungs-Verbot wĂ€hrend der Urlaubszeit) -Pool Deck Spreißel Gefahr, Pinzette nicht vergessen. -Eingangstor außer Funktion (muss von Hand aufgeschoben werden, trotz elektrischer Vorbereitung, ging sehr schwer) -Teich ein Paradies fĂŒr Moskitos, wird nicht gepflegt. -RĂŒckseite/Grillplatz vom Haus sehr ausladend, keiner möchte da verweilen. - Pool muss selber gereinigt werden, keine Hilfsmittel vorhanden (Kescher) -Haus war fĂŒr uns in der ersten Woche nicht abschließbar, musste immer einer im Haus bleiben, Mechanik einer TĂŒr schwer zu bedienen, nur die die wissen wie es zu verschließen ging, konnten es zusperren, ging auch nur mit Hau-Ruck und sehr festem zu-knallen! TĂŒr blieb dann nach einer Woche Kampf mit Hilfe der Familie verschlossen. +Top Lage +gute KĂŒche +Waschmaschine/Trockner +Babybett/Stuhl +Genug HandtĂŒcher +Übergabe lief gut Wir können es nicht empfehlen.

L'accueil que nous ont rĂ©servĂ© ValĂ©rie et Christophe Gauthier est Ă  l'image de leur magnifique villa : chaleureux et gĂ©nĂ©reux. Ces hĂŽtes absolument charmants ont tout fait pour que notre sĂ©jour se dĂ©roule Ă  merveille. La villa est trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre car de plein pied, trĂšs lumineuse avec ses grandes baies vitrĂ©es donnant sur plusieurs terrasses et un splendide jardin tropical amĂ©nagĂ© pour la dĂ©tente. La piscine est trĂšs belle et profonde permettant aux nageurs et autres plongeurs de se rĂ©galer. L'espace de vie est idĂ©alement amĂ©nagĂ© pour passer d'excellents moments en famille ou entre amis. La villa est dĂ©corĂ©e sobrement et avec goĂ»t et les Ă©quipements (cuisine, chambres, salles de bains, ...) sont d'excellente qualitĂ©. Quant Ă  la rĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e et trĂšs calme, elle est idĂ©alement situĂ©e entre Sainte-Maxime et Saint-Tropez avec un accĂšs direct Ă  la plage. A wonderful house

An absolutely brilliant property in a great and convenient location. Access to a private beach is absolutely perfect for the kids. Only negative is it doesn’t have air conditioning so it does get hot at night. We had a fantastic stay and Valerie is a wonderful host.
