An absolute beautiful place. Very homey and clean. Was an amazing place to stay for our 10 day vacation. We have stayed here a few times and will definitely be staying again. The owner Jim got back to us immediately if we had questions. Very easy check in. Highly recommend if looking to stay in Palmetto Dunes.

This Villa was the perfect size for our group of 5 adults! The Villa was very clean, VERY close to the pool, Dune Buggy service was awesome, Jim (host) was so responsive and easy to communicate with! Would definitely rent this Villa again

The location was really nice. Beach access was 5 minutes by bike. The condo was spacious, quiet and clean. The pool was a 3 minute walk.

The home was beautiful and great location. The dune buggy was so helpful. The pool was broken for the duration of our 8 night stay which was a real bummer, but otherwise a great place!

This was our first time to Hilton Head and we loved every bit of the island. We especially enjoyed staying at this property and its proximity to the beach and all the Palmetto Dunes amenities was perfect. The villa was extremely clean and well appointed. Very comfortable furnishings and lots of space. We never had a chance to use the shuttle service because we rented bikes and that was our primary mode of transportation to the beach. During the busy season, we could see that that service would be very helpful and convenient. The pool area was close and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day at the beach. Jim was a great host and we are hoping to book another stay at his property.

Excellent Early April Stay

We appreciated the location close to our parents' townhouse. The living areas were lovely and cozy and two bedrooms, two bathrooms were perfect for the family members joining us. We would definitely book this property again!
