Great place ! Very clean and so close to the beach. It was perfect. Large dining table to have dinner with family and friends. Balconies to relax on in the sun and listen to the ocean waves. We would definitely rent this place again.

Wonderful house with even better hosts. They make your stay incredibly easy from a booking standpoint and have very clear easy to follow rules. Don’t look at any other houses to book, this is the one.

Very large space for family gatherings and great to use if you need a break from the city.Close to Carmel, Monterey and other local sites.Definitely recommend and will want to rent the house again.

They have everything you need. Great host. Kind and caring. We had an issue with the downstairs heating they immediately responded to our request. They did a follow up on the following day which is very nice of them. The house is just walkable to the beach. Highly recommended.

A few of the other reviews mentioned that the kitchen and bathrooms were rather dated. Well, that is true, they failed to mention how fabulous this location is. This house is in a gated community that is security at the gate 24 /7. The best part about this house, is you are literally a few steps away from the beach. I took my high school senior here for her high school graduation gift with a few friends and it was the most wonderful experience. The house is extremely well stocked with every cooking utensil you could want, and all of the appliances and mattresses were very new. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and very kind. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was perfect for our last minute spring break trip… honestly I had no clue when this property said they had “everything” you would need, they actually meant that literally. We did not have to leave the property once after getting to it, we door dashed a few items one time for food, but other than that, the house was absolutely perfect. Anything you could possibly need for a quick trip was readily available in the home. Definitely will come back.
