Fantastic chalet

Our group of family and friends had a wonderful weekend in the mountains. This house was perfect for our group, with comfy beds and a nice, big gathering area. The hot tub was a hit with the kids. Our hosts were so accommodating and kind. We’d love to come back someday.

Het verblijf in deze woning was op zich OK. Het is een ruime woning, maar een aantal dingen zijn zwaar verouderd/slecht. De vaatwasser werkte alleen in de drie uur durende eco stand. En dan alleen als je hem na heel veel proberen aan kreeg....De vriezer was niet koud genoeg, waardoor ijs smolt, de wasdroger maakte een vreselijke herrie en was heel oud. Alles bij elkaar wel jammer. De omgeving is prachtig, maar in de zomer zijn helaas maar zeer weinig bergbanen geopend. Wel jammer als je met twee kleine kinderen op vakantie bent.

Nous prenons très au sérieux votre retour concernant l'état des équipements. Soyez assuré que votre expérience nous a permis d'identifier et de résoudre immédiatement les points de dysfonctionnement. Nous vous confirmons que des actions majeures ont été menées dans la foulée de votre séjour pour garantir un confort optimal et irréprochable à nos futurs hôtes : Remplacement Complet des Équipements Électroménagers : Le lave-vaisselle et le sèche-linge bruyant et ancien ont été immédiatement remplacés par des appareils neufs (de marque Whirlpool et LG), de toute dernière génération, ultra-performants et extrêmement silencieux. Fini les tentatives de démarrage et le bruit : la tranquillité est garantie. De même, le congélateur a été remplacé par un modèle neuf (de marque Samsung) pour garantir une conservation parfaite et des températures optimales en toute saison. Notre objectif est de maintenir le chalet au plus haut standard de qualité pour que chaque séjour soit une expérience sans contrainte. Ces investissements sont le reflet de notre engagement constant envers le confort de nos clients. Concernant la région, il est vrai que l'ouverture des remontées mécaniques en été varie selon les saisons et les localités. Nous espérons que les magnifiques sentiers et les nombreuses activités familiales disponibles dans la vallée ont néanmoins rendu votre séjour agréable. Séjour parfait dans ce chalet incroyable ! Propre et décoré avec goût nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis chez nous. Une semaine de pur plaisir

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le chalet, il est tres bien situé, avec une jolie vue sur la montagne. Il est très bien équipé, nous n'avons rien a redire. Un grand merci a Fanny pour sa gentillesse et à Mr et Mme Anneix pour le petit présent qui nous a beaucoup touché. Si l'occasion se représente, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Gemütliches Chalet

Gemütliches, sehr liebevoll dekoriertes Haus, für eine größere Gruppe perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Urlaub genossen. Der Whirlpool war leider defekt und konnte trotz Bemühungen der Concierge nicht repariert werden. Wir haben zwar eine Erstattung erhalten, hätten uns aber gewünscht, dass man im Vorfeld die Funktionsfähigkeit gecheckt hätte. Man muss zudem wissen, dass ein Schlafraum im Erdgeschoss keine Fenster hat. Der Skibus ist fußläufig erreichbar, so dass man sich ein ein paar Minuten im Skigebiet befindet. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

In der Tat ist der Whirlpool während Ihres Aufenthalts leider ausgefallen und das defekte Teil (Schütz der Hauptplatine) konnte erst am darauffolgenden Dienstag ausgetauscht werden. Sie sollten wissen, dass der Whirlpool bei jedem Mieterwechsel mit einem vollständigen Wasserwechsel überprüft wird. Wir entschuldigen uns nochmals für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Anne-Marie

Très beau sejoir

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans ce chalet. Tout était très propre et très bien décoré. Le chalet est aussi très bien équipé. Le jacuzzi appréciable et le jardin bien entretenu. Il faut quand elle noté que l’emplacement est un peu loin du centre de Samoens et que le chalet est mitoyen avec un autre appartement. Merci à Fanny pour son accueil parfait.

Merci beaucoup pour votre appréciation et sommes ravis de lire que vous avez passé un très beau séjour au chalet Marmotte. Il est effectivement situé dans le hameau de L'Etelley à 3km du centre de Samoëns ce qui lui confère calme, tranquillité et une magnifique vue sur les montagnes environnantes (l'hiver il est proche des 3 remontées mécaniques et l'été vous pouvez rejoindre le centre en 30 min à pied ou 10 min en vélo mis à votre disposition en longeant la rafraîchissante rivière du Giffre). Enfin la mitoyenneté se situe à la faîtière sans aucun vis -à-vis.

Un séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passer une super semaine dans le chalet marmotte. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, à l’écoute. Fanny la concierge du chalet est formidable, très disponible, agréable, nous a bien conseiller et super bien accueilli. Chalet au top, tout est conçu et présent dans le chalet pour notre confort. Le jacuzzi est vraiment un peu. Nous étions 13. Dont 2 enfants et la grandeur, la conception et toute les installations était parfaite pour un groupe aussi nombreux. Un séjour top que l’on ne regrette pas. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très beau chalet situé non loin du centre de Samoëns et des remonte-pentes. Très bien équipé, chacun sa chambre avec salle de bain. Console de jeux, jeux de société dans un salon cocooning pour s'occuper les jours de pluie. Vélos à disposition pour changer des skis ! Tout était parfait ! Nous avons séjourné au chalet marmotte avec nos enfants, nos cousins et leurs enfants. Tout le monde a adoré le chalet, son agencement (nous n’étions pas les uns sur les autres), son emplacement, et surtout qu’il soit si bien équipé (linge de lit confortable, vaisselle, jeux, vélos, jacuzzi, barbecue…). L’accueil par la concierge Fanny a été très bien géré, et elle s’est montrée très disponible et à l’écoute. Nous étions 14 et le chalet a fait l’unanimité.
