Celebrate New Year's in Breckenridge on Peak 7 at Grand Lodge. A 2 BR unit in the north building is available December 28 - January 4.

A 2 BR unit is available for Presidents' Day week, February 14-21: a spectacular third floor property in the south building facing Peak 7 and the Independence Chair Lift.

This two bedroom combines the following two units with a connecting door:

1. A one bedroom master has king bed and sleeper sofa, bathroom with shower and spa tub, fully furnished kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, patio, washer / dryer and dishwasher, cable TV and WiFi.

2. A one bedroom "suite" has king bed and sleeper sofa, bathroom with integrated shower and tub, furnished studio kitchen with dishwasher, cable TV and WiFi.

Ski-in / ski-out. Ski lockers 50 yards from the base. Breck Sports location on site for rentals, etc. Hot tubs and heated pool on patio with gas grills and firepit. Soothe Day Spa. Fitness Center. Grotto. Private media rooms. Game room. Sevens Restaurant.

Great location for kids

The resort had everything we needed for the kids - ski in/out, ski rentals on property, indoor/outdoor pool, kiddie pool, restaurant on property and resort next door. Going into town was super easy as you could just ride the gondola down or request the local private shuttle that was free! Masks were not required in most places which was nice! The full kitchen in the unit had everything we needed to cook and more. Highly recommend, especially for families with kids!

Grand Lodge ski vacation

Hello Randall, Just a quick review - I want to say more but don't have a lot of time right now. Property was amazing, everything as described per conversations with you. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom, our daughters slept well on the pullout sofa. View of lift and slopes was perfect! Would definitely stay at your place again. Thank you, Rick Smith

The condo is in an excellent location. You wake up to an amazing view of the mountains. Great ski in/ski out for peak 7.
