House of full foot located in extremely bright first sea line with exceptional views of the ocean or have can see Ibiza. It is located in a popular residence 'La Cumbre Del Sol'. Its location is very quiet. You will enjoy the sun all day. The garden furniture to relax with a sofa, armchairs, chairs and a large table to enjoy meals outdoors. The garden of 900 m2 is illuminated at night and you will find beautiful palm trees, coconut trees and other exotic plants. There is air conditioning in every room. For winter, there is underfloor heating and a fireplace in the living room. The beach with deckchairs and restaurants is 1 km, a supermarket and a pharmacy.
