Wonderful house in a great location

We had a weeklong family get together of 10 people at the house. Lots of living space and 6 good size bedrooms and a huge garden. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several meals for 10.Location is great, walking distance from carrefour, the beach and the town center and sufficient parking (we had four vehicles).The owner was quick to respond to any queries.We had a wonderful time!

Eine schöne Woche in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wir sind in einer Gruppe von Freundinnen gereist. Check in und Kommunikation haben sehr gut geklappt. Das Haus liegt in einem privaten Park zu dem es einen Zugang durch ein Tor gibt. Es ist wie in einer anderen Welt. Der Garten ist sehr schön und es ist absolut ruhig. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Sehr nahe zum Strand und zum Supermarkt. Auch Deauville ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Wir hätten uns nur gewünscht das es genug Stühle auf der Terrasse gegeben hätte. Es waren nur 6 die restlichen defekt. Auch gab es nur 4-5 intakte Liegestühle. Bemerken möchte ich auch, dass die Beschreibung von FeWo-direkt nicht genau mit der des Vermieters nach Buchung bezüglich der Schlafzimmer übereinstimmt. Ausgeschrieben waren 6 Schlafzimmer. In der Beschreibung des Vermieters war ein Schlafzimmer davon für Kinder mit etwas kürzeren Betten angegeben. Vielleicht kann das auf der fewo Beschreibung geändert werden. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Woche verbracht.

Dream house and location

We loved the house and its surroundings. The weather was not ideal the first half of our stay but the house is perfectly adapted for rainy days. The beach is 5 minutes away and there are lots of things to do for the kids around the area. We had a marvelous family time.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist groß und bietet viel Platz für eine Familie mit mehreren Generationen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet - teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit viel Charme. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet wirklich alles in großen Mengen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass die Spülmaschine nicht funktionierte. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, schnell und einfach erreichbar und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit riesigem (nicht eingezäunten) Garten. Das großzügige Haus ist sehr liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu hause. Abends lohnt es sich, den großen Kamin im Wohnzimmer zu nutzen. Es gibt drei Badezimmer, wovon zwei eine Badewanne (ohne Duschmöglichkeit) haben und eines mit Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet ist. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten und auch die Centren von Deauville und Trouville sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Supermarkt ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Alles hat super geklappt und wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in einer sehr schönen Umgebung.

Maison tres accueillante et confortable.

Nous avons passé des fêtes de Noël dans un cadre convivial, confortable et spacieux. La maison est vaste, pleine de coins tranquilles. Décor traditionnel dans une maison ou règne une atmosphère familiale. La plage est toute proche. Le stationnement pratique. Les commerces et restaurants tout proches. Je recommande cette location et située dans un lieu calme et secure.

Beautiful property

The property is large and the garden is magnificent and ideal for playing and family barbeques. The house itself has great character.Very nice and convenient location nearby everything. 10 minutes walk to a beautiful and spacious beach. The weather could not match the Riviera (rainy and windy), but cannot hold that against the house...We would love to come back.

Que du bonheur !

La maison a répondu à 100 % des attentes d’une famille pourtant TRES exigeante : 3 couples, une grand-mamie à mobilité réduite et 6 enfants entre 10 ans et 2 mois…Chacun était à son aise, nous avons pris la plupart de nos repas dehors. La localisation est idéale car on profite du calme à quelques minutes de marche du centre de Deauville qui est une station balnéaire avec de multiples activités. La chaumière normande, d’une authenticité remarquablement préservée et décorée, avec goût abrite également toutes les fonctionnalités modernes… A notre arrivée, tout était impeccable et nous avions reçu un guide du bien vivre qui nous a été très utile. Le propriétaire est très impliqué dans la réussite du séjour de ses hôtes. Le linge et la vaisselle étaient fournis en quantité et qualité, tout fonctionnait ! La très grande pelouse, l’accès facile à la plage à pied, la proximité des commerces (et la visite quotidienne des petits lapins) ont fait le bonheur des grands et des petits qui veulent tous revenir… Et en bonus, le temps était de la partie (fin juin) ! Je recommande chaleureusement cette location et aussi la visite du zoo de Cerza à Lisieux, à quelques minutes de voiture : les enfants y ont passé une journée mémorable !

Charmante chaumière dans un cadre apaisant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette chaumière typique. La maison est très spacieuse et très fonctionnelle, chaque chambre a sa SDB. Notre hôte a également été très disponible nous donnant tous les renseignements nécessaires chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Nous sommes tombé amoureux de ce jardin avec de la verdure à perte de vue. Les enfants ont pu se dépenser en toute sécurité. La chaumière a une situation idéale, très proche de la mer et à une minute du Carrefour. Nous avons vraiment passé une semaine très agréable, le soleil ayant également été au RDV. A refaire!!!

Séjour très agréable

Très jolie maison, paisible, spacieuse, avec tout le confort et très proche de la mer. Nous avons passé 3 jours en famille (8 adultes et 3 enfants) et passé de très bons moments que se soit à l'apéritif sur la terrasse, au coin du feu dans la maison, se fut un break total. Les enfants ont pu profiter du vaste terrain pour jouer, se défouler et en toute sécurité car la résidence est fermée.

Séjour très agréable

Très jolie maison dans un cadre calme, paisible et très bien entretenu. La résidence est fermée et les enfants peuvent jouer et se promener en toute sécurité. Nous avons passé 3 jours en famille et avons pu profiter pleinement du confort de la maison (nombreuses chambres avec salles de bains). La cheminée est agréable. Il y a un carrefour market à deux pas qui est très pratique. Nous recommandons cette location.

Un havre de paix...

... à proximité immédiate des planches et du coeur de Deauville! La première impression c'est d'arriver dans le village gaulois d'Astérix. Pas de clotûres, silence absolu, chaumières et verdure à perte de vue... Et même temps nous n'étions qu'à 500 mètres de la mer, le casino en vue. Tout confort et moderne, la chaumière est parfaitement équipée ! Authentique, paisible, situation exceptionnelle... Nous étions 10 adultes et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.
