Excellente situation

Très bon séjour dans cette maison où rien ne manque. La situation est exceptionnelle, à deux pas du port, du marché (quotidien) et de la ville close. Concarneau est une très jolie ville, ce qui ne gâche rien. En plus les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques.

Tolle Lage, sehr gute Unterkunft

Wir haben eine Woche zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Nach dem ersten Schock (die Fassade des Hauses) waren wir begeistert von der Ausstattungen dem kleinen Garten. Die Lage ist hervorragend zum Hafen, zur ville close, zur Markthalle und auch zum Strand ist der Weg nicht weit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur mit vollster Überzeugung empfehlen.

Maison charmante idéalement située

Séjour en famille très agréable dans cette maison parfaitement équipée et à la décoration soignée. Le jardin, très joliment aménagé, vous offre ombre et verdure pour un moment de détente sur un transat. Le tout au calme, et pourtant à deux pas des commerces, du marché, de la ville close et environ 15mn à pieds des plages. A recommander sans hésiter

Alles war perfekt!

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut, da man fußläufig alles Wichtige in Concarneau erreicht. Pascale erwies sich als sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit empfehlen .

Sehr schönes, absolut komplett ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Schön zentral aber sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem wunderschönem Garten. Hafen, Altstadt (Close Ville), Bäcker, Supermarkt, Geschäfte und die Markthalle zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Concarneau ist ein wirklich wundervoller Ort. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr, sehr freundlich und nett. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in voll und ganz genossen.

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cette maison fonctionnelle, bien éuqipée , décorée avec beaucoup de goût ;Surtout elle est particulièrement bien placée , dans un quartier calme mais à 2 pas seulement de l'animation du centre et de la ville close

Localisation idéale au centre de Concarneau

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la localisation de la maison à deux minutes à pied du centre ville et de la Ville Close! Les photos représentent bien cette jolie maison décorée avec gout par la propriétaire, on s'y sent chez soi, rien ne manque, même pas le sac à roulettes pour aller faire ses courses! A proximité, tout pour faire ses courses, une superette à 5 min à pied, nous recommandons la crêperie "le petit chaperon rouge" qui est vraiment très bonne et très bon marché, la patronne d'une gentillesse incroyable! Aux alentours, plein de promenades / villes sympas, Locronan, pointe du Van, Douarnenez où nous avons fait la promenade des plomarc'h avec notre fils de 5 ans, un régal, sans oublier une journée passée sur l'île des glénans, c'est magique, partez à la journée par beau temps (billets en vente face à la ville close). Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi Concarneau et cette maison en particulier, bon contact avec la propriétaire.

très bonne location ,à recommander

location en pleine ville mais très agréable avec son petit jardin bien équipé(transats et salon de jardin )il n'y manque rien ,nous y avons passés 15 belles journées d'autant plus que le beau temps était avec nous il n'y a pas besoin de se servir de son véhicule pour les courses ,tout est à proximité et il y a un très beau marché les lundi et vendredi restaurant à recommander ,l'amiral merci à vous deux pour avoir aménagé cette location avec beaucoup de gout
