Perfect setup for two couples. All living space is on the ground level. FREE Wireless Internet. Attractive floorplan with two bedroom suites, each in the opposite side of the home for privacy.
Tastefully furnished and decorated Townhome on the 7th green of the spectacular Whitehawk Ranch golf course. Overlooking 8th fairway, and approx. 1,700 SF of living area, all on the ground level. Oversized Two Car garage with more parking room in the driveway in front of garage.
Wood burning stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling in the living room area. Spacious kitchen with a large cooking island. Dining area has access to a large deck with views. Relax or enjoy a meal on the deck overlooking the golf course. Gas BBQ and umbrella is on the deck.
Master Suite with King size bed, walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a jetted tub, separate shower and two sinks. Guest Bedroom suite also has a King size bed, bathroom with tub-shower and two sinks. Half Bathroom is off of hallway. Laundry room with washer and dryer is in the mud room by the garage entry.
Although 7th green of the spectacular Whitehawk Ranch Club golf course is just outside this home, drive no more than approx. 20 minutes to other outstanding golf courses of Graeagle/Portola/Gold Mountain area.
The Lodge at Whitehawk, less than a mile away in the heart of the Whitehawk community, offers outstanding dining experience. Graeagle area, about 6 miles away, offers other dining options.
Nearby picturesque Lakes Basin Recreation Area, with numerous pristine lakes and Sierra Buttes above with a famous fire lookout, offers hiking, biking, fishing, boating and other summer activities. Easy hike to view nearby Frazier Falls may take your breath away. Sardine Lake Resort and Packer Lake Lodge are about 20-25 miles away and offer unique lakeside dining experiences.

The Whitehawk accommodations were unsurpassed. The condo/duplex is very comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. This was our second stay and we will return next fall!

Absolutely loved this home! We entertained after golfing by grilling steaks and chicken! Beds were very comfortable, and place is very nicely decorated! Hope to stay there next year, depending on when our 3 day golf tournament is scheduled. Golfed Whitehawk, Graeagle Meadows, and Grizzly Ranch Golf Courses? Absolutely stunning courses, and close by.

Perfect Get Away

We love the Whitehawk area. It’s so quiet with beautiful mountains and so many trees. The home is perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms have all the comforts you need. We love having dinner on the deck and setting outside looking at the millions of stars. A perfect get away!!!

As usual, our stay at this property was fabulous (we've stayed here before). Couldn't ask for better location, amenities, and weather. Met the owner one afternoon while sitting on the deck (he was playing golf and stopped by after playing #8 par three. Nice gentleman. Will likely be back next year.
