- 250 m. from the sea, 200 from G. R 34, 400 from shops
- Cocoon for 2 adults and 2 children from 0 to 10 years old in a renovated fisherman's house.
- room for 2 adults, a "teepee" see photo for children between 0 and 10 years old.
- Very quiet and comfortable. High speed internet and wifi.
- Bed linen and towels are provided (beds made on arrival as compensation for the cleaning supplement).

- Equipped with a stove (from October or November until around the end of April)
- Private parking opposite the gîte.
- On the fenced terrace side: open view, garden furniture for lunch or dinner, relax armchairs for an aperitif and coffee. South / south-west location.
- In addition: end of stay cleaning (fixed price). Water & electricity (estimate of an annual average of € 35 / week: count a little more in winter and less in summer. Meters read on arrival and departure. You only pay for your consumption).
- To do in Santec: G. R 34, 200 meters away, renamed the customs officers' path along the entire Brittany coast; 250 m. Théven Roche beach, 1 km forest of Santec, health course in Dossen at the entrance of the forest, Dossen beach with its many water sports and sand yachting (surfing, windsurfing, kayaks, paddle ... ) and its water sports clubs, 2 restaurants, 2 bars.

Just what was needed!

Clean and welcoming. Julianna was friendly and helpful. It’s small but perfect - everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. It’s quiet but within a quick walk to the village centre with its boulangerie and small supermarket.

Ce gîte très bien conçu est placé idéalement, près de la plage et des sentiers de randonnées. Les villes de Carantec, Roscoff et St Pol sont toutes proches.Le cadre est propice au calme, à la découverte de la côte.Un endroit pour se reposer et se ressourcer, à recommander pour un couple sans hésiter.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Die Unterkunft hat eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Der fussläufige Strand, aber auch die weitere Umgebung sind sehr schön.Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und flexibel. hatten uns leider nach dem Check in aber nicht mehr auf Fragen geantwortet. So konnten wir uns bspw nicht mit dem WLAN verbinden.Das tat aber dem Aufenthalt jedoch keinen Abbruch. Wir fühlten uns wohl und können die Unterkunft empfehlen. Wir würden raten, Spülmittel mitzubringen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr gastfreundlich und stand bei Fragen gern zur Verfügung, auch auf englisch. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel, alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Erwachsene absolut empfehlenswert.

Séjour très agréable

Catherine nous a accueilli avec toute la gentillesse qui anime les bretons. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison qui est un bon pied à terre pour vadrouiller dans les alentours. Merci d'avoir mis tout en œuvre afin que l'on se sente comme chez nous et merci également pour la douce attention avec le kouign aman et le cidre.

Logement conforme aux photos, propreté impeccable, bien équipé. Jardin non clos. Propriétaire arrangeante sur les horaires, attentionnés (petits cadeaux offerts durant le séjour). Le tout à 300m d'une plage magnifique, bref on recommande.

ein kleines wunderschönes haus in einer wunderschönen umgebung.

wer die bretagne liebt, wird sich in dieses kleine haus verlieben und nach einem erlebnisreichen tag am strand ( in santec sehr sauber ) oder nach einer wanderung im haus oder kleinen gartenbereich so richtig erholen können. die beschreibung entspricht der realität. alles ist vor ort. die vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die kommunikation in französisch oder englisch ohne probleme möglich. ein häuschen, das zum wiederkommen einlädt

Prendre plaisir de l'hospitalité bretonne

la description de la maison est correcte à cent pour cent. Nous n'avons jamais loué une tel entièrement équipé gîte. Mme Catherine cultive l'hospitalité bretonne. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. La gîte est définitivement très recommandée pour deux adultes et un enfant. Une autre recommandation: la baguette peut être achetée à l'épis d'or, 400 mètres à pied de la gîte et à ne pas oublier le Kouign amann , un gâteau breton à base de pâte à pain avec beaucoup de beurre salé. Nous aimerions profiter de cette occasion pour remercier à nouveau Catherine pour la chaleureuse hospitalité.

Très jolie location bord de mer

Nous avons séjourné en famille avec notre bébé et notre chien dans cette petite maison au bord de la mer à 250m très bien aménagée tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Idéal pour faire des balades surtout sur la plage accessible pour les chiens. Tout peut se faire à pied petit bourg avec toutes nécessités et à côté des villes à visiter St Pol de Leon, Roscoff.. Concernant la maison, impeccable niveau propreté, rangement et praticité. Nous avons été accueillis par Madame Le Meur, très chaleureusement et il a été très facile de la contacter et d'échanger, avec beaucoup de plaisir, nous avons même pu déguster son far breton maison. Nous recommandons cette location et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ancienne petite maison de pêcheurs bien réaménagée; équipement intérieur fonctionnel et moderne; bon emplacement: 300m de la mer; 5mn de Roscoff; endroit calme, maison mitoyenne mais sans contrainte; attention au poêle à bois qui chauffe beaucoup; on a vite trop chaud.. maison bien entretenue, propre et agréable pour un couple et un enfant. Propriétaire sympathique et attentionnée.
